Could be the commies/MSM/RATs were seeing an end to the angst and chaos among the citizens ‘cause the WuFlu was/is wearing thin, and the economy is looking up. I read an unconfirmed report that as a result of the knockdowns and other issues in the city (inflated Union labor costs to move a box, half of conventions held in Chicago were looking to permanently move to other cities. This should help that along.
