Gates has a maverick streak in him, and is very analytical. He’s not like everyone else, IMHO. That said, his depopulation crusade might be influenced by people whispering in his ear, but his basic approach to it is his own: make parents unafraid that their kids will die from disease by vaccinating the kids. Then the parents will be content with just a couple of progeny.
