Yes, I know there are health care professionals hear that poo poo the idea of Vitamin C helping with sepsis.

I don't care.

I take Liposomal C at the first sign of illness. I don't take it daily because it is way to nasty for me to deal with..almost puke every time I do it.

I drink a 12oz glass of OJ every morning. I do get sick, but not often, and am usually over a cold fairly quickly.

Vitamin C and D are just a requirement if you live in far northern states. That and a “SAD” light.

I can do it because I’m not diabetic. OJ is high in sugar.

In tests, vitamin C has worked against every virus — if given in sufficient concentration, says Dr Levy.

I have a lot of experience with this one. I have been taking 2000 mg a day for 5 years or more and then 1500 mg for about 15 years before that. It doesn’t prevent colds or sinus issues but it definitely reduces the severity.

The headline is misleading. Just taking Vitamin C is not going to beat a cold much less coronavirus but again it will reduce severity.

Also Vitamin D is another to take upon getting any cold symptoms. I take 5000 mg a day anyway and when sick I’ll double it.

I also do this...lots of pulp, too. And I take 1000-2000mg of vitamin C each day.

There were a few treatments of cancer with IV after IV of vitamin C.

The people actually did very well.

If you are not taking plant based Vitamin C, you are throwing your money away. There is a Cadillac of Vitamin C in the market. PM me if you want to know how to get it.

OK thanks. 24 grams is a lot and I have zero experience in anything like that. :-)

Vitamin C may help, but it’s global warming that will save us all.

Folks, it’s simple.

Ever notice viral infections get going during the months where there is not as much sun? Why is this? Your vitamin D blood levels crash, taking your immune system down.

D,C,E and the build immunity with Elderberry.

It works.
