I drink a 12oz glass of OJ every morning. I do get sick, but not often, and am usually over a cold fairly quickly.

I also do this...lots of pulp, too. And I take 1000-2000mg of vitamin C each day.

Too much sugar/carbs (35grams)...better to eat an orange...or...just take Vitamin C...IMHO

I eat 3-4 clementines in the morning with coffee. Between that and working on a ranch with little contact with people I haven’t been sick since 2016.
