Warren Calls on Barr to ‘Resign or Face Impeachment’ over Intervention in Roger Stone Case

Democratic presidential candidate Elizabeth Warren called on Wednesday for Attorney General William Barr to “resign or face impeachment” after the Justice Department pushed back on prosecutors’ “excessive” sentencing recommendation for President Trump’s longtime adviser Roger Stone.

“Congress must act immediately to rein in our lawless Attorney General,” the Massachusetts senator wrote in a tweet. “Barr should resign or face impeachment.”

Warren also demanded that Congress use its funding powers to constrain the attorney general’s ability to interfere with “anything that affects Trump, his friends, or his elections.”

In reality as we are close to an election it will piss off the electorate if impeachment proceedings happen again. The electorate will feel they are be denied judgement at the ballot box.

I have had enough of constitution hating socialists believing they are american patriots.

What I have noticed is that leftists adopt whatever language and slogans they see that seem to be effective, especially when it is effective against them. From the Alinskyite maxim of "accuse your enemy of what you are doing." Or it could be that they are just mental children.

As an example, they have tried to adopt calling conservatives "snowflakes" since that label was so effective against them, but, of course, not understanding at all where that label comes from. They just throw it out there, because all they know is it made them look and feel bad to be called that, so maybe it will work if they throw it back at us.

Most of the grandiose language that the Left has been using for the last four years if not more is simply language that conservatives have traditionally used, to great effect, against them (because it was true). They cry about unconstitutional abuse of powers and treason and what-not, simply as empty words they stole from the Right, and now they are vomiting up those words hoping they'll have some sort of effect.
