Ardent troop supporter, music teacher and FReeper seekthetruth (Jean) passed away on September 27, 2019. Many of us here have read her posts or received her messages, particularly where activists could gather to demonstrate in support of our military men and women. Jeanie's FR home page tells of her years of bringing delight through music to her kindergarten pupils. She was a Trump enthusiast as well.
She is survived by her husband Jim, many family members, and her dear friend and military support activist Beverly Perlson, whose communiqués about military issues and causes were often posted on FR by seekthetruth. Jean and Jim were active along with Bev in efforts to overturn the wrongful sentences of several U.S. troops from the Afghanistan/Iraq wars who languished in Leavenworth due to the enemy-favoring Rules of Engagement of the Obama adminstration. Through one of seekthetruth's messages posted on FR, I met Jeannie and Jim at a hearing for 1st Lt. Michael Behenna (who was eventually pardoned by President Trump). Jeannie and Jim had traveled up from Florida to be present at the military court in DC.
Many military family members here on FR will dearly miss seekthetruth! Albion Wilde
Listen and you will hear the jubilation in the Heavens above. A Glorious Warrior has arrived up there.
FReeper seekthetruth, one of the Greatest Patriots I've ever known, left this earth on September 27, 2019, and I am certain the horns are blaring away up there in Heaven. All the folks she loved and missed there to greet her, and all surrounded by every Warrior who ever served this great country. Jeannie loved our military so very much.
Jeannie and James together were a force to be reckoned with. They fulfilled each other and they fulfilled each of us too. I believe theirs is one of the greatest love stories ever.
Below is a picture of Jeannie's Trump Tree, decorated for Christmas! She planted it on the night of President Trump's Inauguration, January 20, 2017. I know because I was there with heras little as Jeannie was, she could sling a mean shovelone of the best nights of my life with one of the finest Patriots who has ever lived. We celebrated like there was no tomorrow!
I will miss my dear friend with a mighty heart. I know you will too. No tearstogether we celebrate the life of Jeannie, a beautiful American Patriot whose heart was filled with enormous love for America and all who protect her. Remember what Jeannie and James always said:
Follow The Love.
Happy Trails to You Jeannie, Until We Meet Again....
Your Sister-in-Arms,
Beverly

I for one will miss her.

RIP
Thanks for the update. Although I was not familiar personally with her, sounds like her passing is a big loss to Freeper community. RIP!
I didn’t know her, but wish I had. May she rest in eternal peace.
Blessed in Peace and Love — resting in the arms of God, SeekTheTruth.
Thank you for sharing your heart and wisdom with us.
Rest In Peace and our prayers are with your loved ones.
She was a good FReeper. Sad to see her go. RIP.
Q-ManRN wants to ping you.
Always sad when a fellow traveler passes on. RIP to family and loved ones.
Yes it is heartbreaking news! I was trying to remember when the last time I saw her and I believe it was over at your house at one of your get-togethers for Florida FReepers. Previous to that, the last time we FReeped together was in downtown Orlando in front of City Hall. She arrived in her trusty pickup truck which was plastered over with political messages as usual. LOL
Those who attended any meetings, rallies, or FReeps with her were treated to her famous homemade spicy peanut brittle. She always brought it along in ziplock bags to share with all of us. I have many, many photos of her and her truck with all of us. What memories they bring back.
She was one of a kind and all you said about her is so true. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
RIP My good FReeper FRiend, Jeannie.
May the Peace of God that passes all understanding
comfort and guard your hearts in Christ Jesus.....
Hi.
Q-man and his family can ping or call me anytime.
Heck, they can even send smoke signals.
Jeannie was the best.

I also remember her coming to one of our FR get-togethers in my condo in that truck of hers which, as you said, was absolutely COVERED with conservative GOP political posters and bumper stickers and the like on every available inch of metal.
My condo association has a rule that strictly forbids political signs of any kind in the complex.
I'll bet the patrolling security guard that night had apoplexy when he saw her vehicle in front of my building.
But maybe he was a Republican himself and chose not to see it!
What great times we had !

Thank you for the ping, AW...so sorry to hear about her. I enjoyed meeting her and standing out there with her. May God take her, and comfort her family and loved ones.
Wife just told me about this. Sorry to hear.
I haven’t seen CTS around much. Is she okay?
‘Pod.
Hi, M; I do not know why my son did not ping you, but I know he holds you in high regard. I had looked this morning to see if you had been pinged on this thread and since you had I spent my time dealing with passing the news around - MatchettPI and mcmuffin., those I knew were not on FR much any longer. Good to see you still posting. MatchettPI, my son Quentin and I met for dinner last weekend {after a loooong time of no contact). We were looking at pics of Fla FReepers - you were included.
FReegards, Bob Ireland
So sorry to hear of the loss to her family and to Freeperville, USA.
Just found out that SeekTheTruth (Jeannie) passed away. So sad; she was a great patriot, so caring and kind, and was on my private email list of those I passed articles around to. It will be with a heavy heart that I will be removing her name from my email list. Wish there was an email list to heaven. Then I’d know where to find her, carrying the American Flag and looking down on us, while forming a Freeper Chapter amongst the Angels. RIP Jeannie, you were a trooper in every sense of the word.
I'll miss her jalapeno peanut brittle!
