New York senator Kirsten Gillibrand is willing to lose tens of thousands of dollars on a fundraising gimmick in an attempt to make the September debate stage.
Gillibrand launched a t-shirt giveaway at a time when she needs approximately 15,000 additional unique donors to qualify for the third round of Democratic primary debates. She began offering first-time donors a campaign t-shirt retailing at $30 in exchange for a $1 contribution in August.
If the giveaway proves successful, Gillibrand could lose nearly $130,000 on the cost of shirts alone, according to a Washington Free Beacon analysis.

Jellybrain should just give it up, nobody wants her to be President.
So desperate for attention.
All the Dems know how to do is cheat. Oh, lie and steal, too...
You have attempted to make a contribution to a fundraising page that has no active recipients: either the page's owner has removed all committees or organizations from the page, or we have concluded processing contributions for these committees or organizations.
I find it beneficial for as many to be on stage for as long as possible, to weaken the eventual candidate. i wonder if people must pay for shipping?

Doesn't appear to be worth one dollar.
Here I am wondering if I can get about 100 of them.
IOW, they are out of her shirts...........
> I wanted to get a shirt for a dollar <
That would actually be a win-win-win.
You get a shirt for a dollar. You make Gillibrand waste money. And you help to keep another loser in the Democrat clown race.

Just think what she could do with the US Budget!!
She loses money on each one but makes it up on volume. Leftist economics at its finest.
Actually I would buy a pile of them for a buck each to use when Im working in the shop. I cant buy any other T-shirt for that.
This reminds me, I never bought my shirt from Kamala Harris, the “that little girl was me” shirt, with the scowling face of little girl Kamala back when she was happily bused to school. I wonder if I can still get one of those?
Does it say NXIVM on the back?
I’m holding out for the swimsuit calendar...
LOL...suggesting that the shirt is WORTH $30. It's probably really worth $1 as it's made by slave labor somewhere in SE Asia. She should have set her retail price at $100 and then asked for the $1 contribution -- her supporters would have thought they were really getting a bargain then.
Vote-buying was a lot more lucrative in the 1800s. Politicians running for office offered free whiskey and beer to voters. Today all you get is a crappy t-shirt with the politician’s photo on it.
