Anyone paying attention has probably noticed the deluge of rainbows as corporations, the government and the media hail pride month this June and pay homage to the LGBT agenda. The inescapable onslaught inundates Americans regardless of whether they agree with the progressive LGBTQIA+ zeitgeist or hold to biblical values.
Governors hoist pride flags at their state capitols while politicians peddle pride-themed merchandise on their campaign websites. Advertisements champion the LGBT cause and social media profiles transform into rainbow reminders that the corporate world supports the cultural revolution.
Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T’s Twitter accounts all sport rainbow variants of their company logos.
Underneath a rainbow IBM logo on Twitter, the company’s profile says, “Progress begins with #Pride. Be proud and bring your full self to the workplace. Follow along to hear from #ProudIBMers all month long.”
The children’s television program “My Little Pony” brazenly bombarded children with pro-LGBT propaganda, featuring a same-sex couple in a recent episode.
Cartoon Network tweeted support for Pride Month: “We want to wish everyone a HAPPY PRIDE and encourage all of our LGBTQ+ fans to stand proud all year long!”
The NBC News website already has an LGBT-themed section on its site year-round called NBC OUT. A page headlined “#Pride50” contains links to numerous articles and says, “In honor of the 50th anniversary of the Stonewall rebellion, in addition to recognizing 30 contemporary change-makers, innovators and rising stars during Pride Month, we are also honoring 20 veterans of the LGBTQ movement.”
Of course this public cheerleading by businesses, media and politicians is not new and will likely continue into the future. But where is this movement ultimately heading?
The insatiable LGBT lobby uses the legal system to advance its cause, waging war against Christians like Colorado baker Jack Philips and Washington florist Barronelle Stutzman who wish to operate their businesses in accord with biblical principles.
The House of Representatives recently passed legislation that “amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to make ‘sexual orientation and gender identity’ protected characteristics under federal anti-discrimination law,” according to the Daily Caller.
Many major businesses threw their support behind the Equality Act.
While the legislation will not make it through the Republican-majority in the Senate, it does offer a frightful foreshadowing of what could be on the horizon. If such legislation ever becomes law, the consequences would likely be catastrophic for Christians and others who share their socially conservative views.
As the conflict continues within the judicial and legislative systems, what will the future hold for this nation, and specifically for those of us who stand upon the veracity of Scripture? Will Christians and others be effectively forced out of entire professions because they won’t compromise? Will they be forced to choose between obeying God and obeying the government?
Nothing is new for human behavior. Wash, rinse, repeat.
However, I think our recent smart phone/texting/instant/distant thing is a whole new dynamic. And not a good one. I believe the devil LOVES electronics.
truth! This month is shot to shit when t comes to family values.
The Lake of Fire.
Ann Coulter is in favor of repealing the 19th Amendment.
(WIthout Womyn's votes, Trump would've won in a landslide.)
A few days ago, Microsoft dumped a slew of pro-LGBTQ stuff onto my log-in page.
ML/NJ
Even my son, who supports homosexual marriage, says that transgender people are typically pushy, aggressive, and obnoxious bullies.
The Deplorable Family was in a mall yesterday and Needless Markup (aka: Neiman-Marcus) had in their window a small rainbow heart with Neiman in it. Victoria’s Secret had a rainbow colored name in their windows. I wanted to go in and ask if Trans buy their undergarments, but Mrs Deplorable stopped me..
They really should but a streak of brown through theirs to not confuse.
To anyone not paying attention, their goal is to replace Christianity with sexual perversion. And many naive Christians willingly assist them.
our JCP had a fringed rainbow belly shirt in the men’s dept that said “Pride!” on the front. like XXL, too. Cause who doesn’t want to see that??
The censorship is already here.
I’m a slave to
My cell,,,
Phone.
That same history book says that in the end of time there will be tremendous networks.
I’m so sick of all of these companies trying to force us to champion perversion.
My company so far has ignored all of that nonsense.
I’ll be wearing my “Take Back the Rainbow” T-shirt today
Don’t worry, the pro I’m-everything-but-straight contingent will overlap with the pro-African and pro-Atheist movements, come up with their own little sort of etch-a-sketch neo-pagan holiday just in time to to show their asses, and it’ll all get puffed away like a fart in a hurricane by next year. They can all rump-ride a multi-gender Festivius pole together.
More like The Eternal Lake of Fire!
The “month” in so-called “Pride Month” says it all - there are homosexuals who are comfortable in their own skin, but there are a whole lot of them who are largely insecure and need constant reassurance.
We have a Mother’s Day, and we have a Veteran’s Day, and we even have a Puerto Rican Day parade, along with hundreds of other identifying characteristics that are associated with a ‘day’ of recognition. But apparently homosexuality (which no one is going to argue is more important than motherhood or military service as a veteran) requires a whole month of public relations - I guess you can’t convince the world that it’s just fine with only one day of propaganda.
And the same with gay “marriage” - I’ve met very few homosexuals who have any interest in a life-long commitment; the whole point of that legal recognition was to legitimize the fantasy that homosexual relations were equivalent to the complementarity in authentic marriage.
