The “month” in so-called “Pride Month” says it all - there are homosexuals who are comfortable in their own skin, but there are a whole lot of them who are largely insecure and need constant reassurance.

We have a Mother’s Day, and we have a Veteran’s Day, and we even have a Puerto Rican Day parade, along with hundreds of other identifying characteristics that are associated with a ‘day’ of recognition. But apparently homosexuality (which no one is going to argue is more important than motherhood or military service as a veteran) requires a whole month of public relations - I guess you can’t convince the world that it’s just fine with only one day of propaganda.

And the same with gay “marriage” - I’ve met very few homosexuals who have any interest in a life-long commitment; the whole point of that legal recognition was to legitimize the fantasy that homosexual relations were equivalent to the complementarity in authentic marriage.

What about Fathers Day, and Thanksgiving Day?.

Isn't the Puerto Rican day parade only in New York City?
