Whatever, just get on with it. Justices are sworn in mid term quite often. The court can reset and rehear for reargument cases that were tied prior to a new justice taking office.

That’s false. Gorsuch was seated mid-session. He just wouldn’t be involved in any case where he wasn’t present for opening arguments.
