If they delay this another week, I guarantee the Dems will concoct new allegations and “evidence” against Kavanaugh. There will be no end to their attempts to ruin him and delay the process.

If McConnell allows this nonsense there will be even more chaos.

Flake just found his parting gift to President Trump. What a childish fit. I bet he comes back into the picture as a democrat or third party politician very soon.

If third party, he’ll challenge President Trump in 2020.

They are staying in dc to vote this weekend

That’s why the second Cruz debate in Texas has been postponed.

Flake can Pound sand

I hope that whoever controls the Senate says no....but it says he reached a deal. What a treasonous weasel. This was all about preventing Kavanaugh from taking his seat in time to be in the next session and Flake gave them the key.

Hold your horses.....I don’t know that anything has been secured yet. And I hope the Republicans don’t cave on this.

He doesn’t control the full senate. McConnell will have to do what he sometimes can do well and get this done.

Anyone wonder why they want the FBI? They have been so honest and professional with trump so far. Don’t fall for this Mitch

Agree.

One or two of the red state Dem senators will flip.

He will be irrelevant.

Probably a ‘present’ vote, not a no.

Flake is a vindictive POS just like McCain.

It isn’t up to him to delay the Vote in the full Senate.

But he can vote "No" on Kavanaugh. The key now is Collins and Murkowski.

He also stated that it could be shorter than a week if the FBI wraps it up sooner.

**************

Its Flake. Don’t believe a word he says. He may well still vote against Kav no matter what the outcome of the investigation.

McConnel controls Senate floor vote, not Flake.

Last minute RINO drama.

Sounds like Flake is going to be a no at confirmation.

If he does, then he can kiss off his dreams of becoming a high priced political consultant after his term is up. The Republicans won't touch him and the Democrats already have plenty of retired Democrat politicians that are still on the teat.

So it goes to the Floor. The vote on the floor is delay one week for the FBI to review/investigate. Sen Flake will not vote for Kavanaugh until the FBI gives their report. The FBI has one week to produce the report.

Okay, hypothetically, Trump could wake Sessions and tell him and Wray to send agents out today to interview the parties involved and turn over the 302s from those interviews to McConnell by tomorrow morning.

Can McConnell ignore this?

Of course, he can. Will he? That's the question.

Personally, if the FBI opens an investigation, I hope that the FBI refers Christine Ford for criminal perjury charges. That would be sweet. Won't happen but it would be sweet.

We were all going on all morning about getting Kavanaugh out of Committee because of Flake.

The Vote was 11-10 to move the Confirmation forward.

Now we concentrate on the Full Senate Vote.

One step at a time.
