Okay, hypothetically, Trump could wake Sessions and tell him and Wray to send agents out today to interview the parties involved and turn over the 302s from those interviews to McConnell by tomorrow morning.

Trump could wake Sessions and tell him and Wray to send agents out today to interview the parties involved and turn over the 302s from those interviews to McConnell by tomorrow morning. I don't think the FBI even needs to do any interviews.
All of the named individuals involved in Ford's allegations have already filed sworn statements or given sworn testimony.
