Judge Brett Kavanaugh & Professor Christine Blasey Ford Testify
The Senate Judiciary Committee hears testimony from Supreme Court nominee Judge Brett Kavanaugh and Professor Christine Blasey Ford about her allegations that Judge Kavanaugh sexually assaulted her while the two were teenagers.
I too would like somebody who is committed to preserving the Constitution, and perhaps Kavanaugh is such a person. But couldn't Trump have found somebody like that without this baggage, which is being ignored:

That was perhaps the closest to checkmate I saw all hearing. Brilliant.
Mitchell: "Hey, PhD in Psychology who's written papers on Children's Trauma, have you ever heard of a Cognitive Interview, which is the industry standard backed by experts, for investigating trauma?"
Ford: "Uh, no."
Mitchell: "Hey, you might want to learn about that, being in your field of expertise, after all. That might have been a better option than getting an attorney, a polygraph, and coming here."
Ford: (uncomfortable silence)
“Questions in advance?”
And Ford said, “No.” Of course we know that her attorneys received every single Rat’s question days ago, in time to prep for testimony. Who does she think she’s kidding?
“Mitchell should have asked questions about how Ford got home. Did you walk? How long would car ride from the party to your home have been? Did you go straight home? Etc.”
She did. Wasted a bunch of time showing a stupid map instead of just asking who drove her home. Of course Ford convieniently remembered nothing. IIRC Mitchell didnt even ask if she told the driver. Unbelievable incompetence.
You can’t hit the girl, especially when she’s crying (whether real tears or not). All you can do is gently show the inconsistencies in her story, which is what happened. Many women aren’t buying these theatrics.
If Lindsey would get right on immigration, amnesty and immigration law enforcement, he'd be one of our best senators. But, I've seen no signs of change in those areas yet.
They do have to have the ability to pay and that is the main requirement. Professors have to pass their students or they don't keep their kush assignment.

There are 100 to choose from. When the Votes are counted we’ll know who the Dolts are.
This is about November elections as well as the supreme court.
My daughter lives in SC and I asked why they kept re-electing Graham. She said he gets stuff for his state - an important function - and also he’s conservative and a good speaker - but for some reason he buckles when votes come up. I think both the election of Trump and the death of McCain have set him free.

Lindsay Graham thought the issue was convincing senators they had been punked. Maybe he knows what the 4 recalcitrant senators are thinking.
Mitchell showed there was flat out lying about flying
She showed that the hearing was undercut for political reasons.
She showed that political folks paid for Ford’s expenses.
She showed that Feinstein violated the woman’s request for anonymity.
She showed the woman still doesn’t know how she got home.
She showed Ford doesn’t have a good memory on recent things like counseling, emails, reporters and letters.
I will add, 5) The Defense has not yet put on its case. (And it has a very alert witness.)
Watch Mitchell throw him 5 minutes filled with crisp, rapid fire Y or N questions that brings it all together.
(At least I damn sure hope so; but, of course, the vote comes down to political leanings.)
The committee will be putting that together. She asked the questions they already had answers for. She spent so much time on the timeline because they already new the timeline.
