WAYNE COUNTY, N.C. – A North Carolina woman was arrested after providing care for animals during Hurricane Florence without a permit, according to USA Today.
Animal rescue volunteer Raina Nyliram said the drugs she administered were all over-the-counter medication. She said the animals needed to be cared for because the veterinarian’s office was closed.

There is often very little difference between animal pharmaceuticals and human pharmaceuticals and either one will do in a pinch, as long as you account for the dosage to size of patient.

The problem is not always liberals. We have more than a few on our own side who worship order uber alles. They love new laws, rules, zoning, permits, etc. They are the petty fascists you often see that run HOAs, and local officials who want to dictate every petty aspect of your life. There are more than a few on our side who think the government always knows best and are willing to smack down anyone who deviates from their petty Prussian mentality.
It isn’t just a leftist compulsion.
