Okay, Ill begin laying out some information concerning Christine Blasey Fords allegations against Judge Kavanaugh.
(Excerpt) Read more at twitter.com ...
Do you want me to spell it out for you?
One of our DC Twitter sharpshooters just put a round through the heads of both Blasey Ford and Feinstein.
This will put pressure on her to identify the time and location.
Right now the alleged incident occurred in the twilight zone.
1. Ford is presented with this information over the next 48 hours.
2. She politely declines to testify on Monday by admitting that her recollection now seems to be too hazy to give any sworn statements under oath.
3. Kavanaugh shows up and testifies alone on Monday, recognizes Ford's plight, and forgives her as any decent Christian would.
4. Public support for Kavanaugh goes off the charts, and he is quickly confirmed.
5. Dianne Feinstein is thrown off the Judiciary Committee, which becomes a moot point in November when she loses to the Mexican communist Ponce de Leon in her re-election bid.
6. Cory Booker proclaims: "I am Spartacus!" ... then announces he intends to crucify himself in front of the Capitol. Nobody follows him because nobody believes him anyway. He is later caught groping himself in the men's bathroom.
7. Ruth Bader Ginsburg announces in a barely-audible whisper: "I am not worthy. The Orange Donkey-Kong must pick my successor" ... and promptly checks herself into the B'nai B'rith Homecrest House retirement home in Silver Spring.
Well, OK -- maybe some of these are ludicrous ... but I think even just the first three or four would be awesome.
Almost 40 years ago and never said jack until now.
Ed is a chump for accepting the premise.
All we need to know about Dr. Ford is she is a LIEberal Democrat!
All the rest is superfluous.
I generally read and like what Ed Whelan posts. In this case, I think he is wrong. Unless the new guy has given his approval. Which seems unlikely given the remainder of what was posted on twitter.
Perhaps a better way to say that would be "the man may have never considered what happened to have been anything close to a sexual assault"
Among partying teenagers, there is no guarantee that the intent of the whole thing was sexual in nature. Of course at this point we don't even know if anything at all occurred, or if Ms. Ford's recollection is even accurate. Apparently her school was known for partying, where forgetting what happened, or passing out drunk, were expected aspects of their social life.'
The redacted images are supposedly from an early 1980s Holton yearbook. Cached data from similar books include references to Ms. Ford, her nicknames, family, etc.
I seriously doubt this would hurt him. There is no legal risk, he was 17 at the time. The only challenge is him not coming forward earlier, that might hurt some friendships, or for coming forward at all, that might hurt others. Shame on Ford for starting this mess. She should do the right thing and say that it is unclear, maybe she just hates Kavanaugh, but that matter should be dropped.
From pool to party? Ford said... she often spent time in the summer at the Columbia Country Club pool in Chevy Chase, where in those pre-cellphone days, teenagers learned about gatherings via word of mouth.
After looking at Whelan’s professional background I’d say there’s almost no way in hell he would just go out on a limb like this without having Garrett on board.
Why? She wasnt raped. She was groped by a teenage boy. If the door was locked how did she get out?
Could "Cristina" be the woman from yesterday who tweeted a confirmation of Blasey Ford's story which she later had to retract?
Pretty sure he already did, reading that Twitter thread from Ed Whelan.
Whelan is just warning the Senate Democrat scum about the coming Peji Sluta.
And Whelan clearly states that he is NOT accusing the other Georgetown Prep guy of any criminal act, but showing proximity to the country club and a classmate who had a clear resemblance to Brett Kavanaugh. Whelan is simply introducing an explanation which fits the accusers own statements, as sparse as they may be.
Since Ford came forward and revealed herself as Kavanaugh's accuser, Donald Trump has been publicly reacting like a normal, civilized human being for the first time in almost three years.
If I was a Democrat I would find this highly unnerving.
