A Chinese-owned company penetrated former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton’s private server, according to sources briefed on the matter. The company inserted code that forwarded copies of Clinton’s emails to the Chinese company in real time. The Intelligence Community Inspector General warned of the problem, but the FBI subsequently failed to act, Texas Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert said during a July hearing. A Chinese-owned company operating in the Washington, D.C., area hacked Hillary Clinton’s private server throughout her term as secretary of state and obtained nearly all her emails, two sources briefed on the matter told The Daily Caller News Foundation.

The Chinese firm obtained Clinton’s emails in real time as she sent and received communications and documents through her personal server, according to the sources, who said the hacking was conducted as part of an intelligence operation.

The Chinese wrote code that was embedded in the server, which was kept in Clinton’s residence in upstate New York. The code generated an instant “courtesy copy” for nearly all of her emails and forwarded them to the Chinese company, according to the sources.

The Intelligence Community Inspector General (ICIG) found that virtually all of Clinton’s emails were sent to a “foreign entity,” Rep. Louie Gohmert, a Texas Republican, said at a July 12 House Committee on the Judiciary hearing. He did not reveal the entity’s identity, but said it was unrelated to Russia. So this story says that the intelligence community about this and the FBI refused to act. Who? Who is the FBI guy responsible, and let’s just bring him into a room and charge him with a felony. Then lets go to the Clinton staff who cut and paste messages....bring them into the same room, and charge them with felonies as well. There is no reason NOT to do that.

So far it’s only a Chinese state owned company in N Virginia that is known to be receiving “courtesy copies” of all her emails.

Note that the Chinese were meddling in Africa at the time Clinton was meddling in Libya... and Clinton was mailing information about Ambassador Stevens’ whereabouts and security situation.

And if it was Bill Clinton’s old server repurposed it may be it was hacked long before she was Sec of State.

Yep no issue with Hillary's private server. No reason to charge her for allowing this to happen.

Oh well back to the story that Trump did not help an old lady across the street. There are witnesses that claim Trump was in his building and looked out the window, he mostly likely saw her and took no action to rush down to help! Grand Jury Time!

There is also the breaking story that Trump went into a book store, took a magazine off the rack and opened the magazine to briefly read a story, then put the magazine back without paying! This took place when Trump was walking home from high school.

When the Clintons were young movers and shakers in Arkansas, it was rumored they were swingers. I believe it is known Hillary had Vince Foster had a thing going at one point. There are times when I think Chelsea is the spitting image of Webb Hubbel.

I guess what I’m trying to say, is that if these revelations keep on coming, it may at one point reveal Hillary’s server was penetrated by more entities than, well...

It was her personal server prior to joining State. She had one State Admin. Most of what they backdoored into her server went through Laptops connected to a modem line installed at Hillary’s request so as to bypass the State Network/DISA cloud. The Criminal Intent of installing that ISP line and then logging into the State email account using their FOB via laptop and then porting it to her server is illegal and all of them should see jail time. I was at State overseas as an IMS and reported her server in 2009 and got my A$$ handed to me.

It’s even more base than what you’ve said. My understanding is that HRC was read into State Dept policy as to email and explicitly agreed to follow same upon taking office as SOS via written agreement. It wasn’t just assumed she would kind of arrange her affairs to properly handle classified info. There could not have been a neutrino of doubt that she would routinely handle very sensitive information; whether “top Secret” or “classified” or SCIF. Nobody gave the slightest crap she wasn’t on the gov’t system; there must have been a hundred people who knew. She was told to do things a certain way, she agreed to do so, and simply ignored her deal.

I’ve said this 100 times: Until she is indicted & prosecuted for this, the entire legal system is an unflushed toilet.

I also really like how Gohmert questioned Strzok in JULY and pointed out within the ICIG report that the Chinese had inserted a rogue piece of software within her email system that simply sent the Chinese a copy of every email she sent and here we are, hearing about it end of AUGUST.

According to Gohmert the Chinese obtained all but four emails (4!) of 30,000 which may mean they got in early, before 30,000 mails were sent but just after those 4 were written? Or were those 4 special, somehow protected from being forwarded?

It wasn’t reported that it was China, it was just reported as a “foreign entity” - the media was of the belief it was Russia... hence their silly claim Trump was colluding with Russia by asking the Russians to produce the 30,000 emails.
