It’s even more base than what you’ve said. My understanding is that HRC was read into State Dept policy as to email and explicitly agreed to follow same upon taking office as SOS via written agreement. It wasn’t just assumed she would kind of arrange her affairs to properly handle classified info. There could not have been a neutrino of doubt that she would routinely handle very sensitive information; whether “top Secret” or “classified” or SCIF. Nobody gave the slightest crap she wasn’t on the gov’t system; there must have been a hundred people who knew. She was told to do things a certain way, she agreed to do so, and simply ignored her deal.
I’ve said this 100 times: Until she is indicted & prosecuted for this, the entire legal system is an unflushed toilet.
I also really like how Gohmert questioned Strzok in JULY and pointed out within the ICIG report that the Chinese had inserted a rogue piece of software within her email system that simply sent the Chinese a copy of every email she sent and here we are, hearing about it end of AUGUST.
What Hillary has done since entering DC many years ago (since before Bill’s presidency) is way, way, way more than enough to preclude her from ever having anything to do with the US government in an official capacity, AND, is enough for her to have been indicted and convicted. She makes Nixon look like a choir boy.
