There was collusion in the election of 2016. It involved Russians, a British ex-spy, law firms, FBI agents, DOJ attorneys, an FBI director that prejudged evidence, an Attorney General that had an unethical meeting with the spouse of a target, FISA warrants obtained on faulty information that stemmed from political sources, a Deputy Director whose wife received monetary support in an election, an FBI director who lied to Congress, an FBI Deputy Director who lied to the Justice Department’s Inspector General, loads of classified materials that were mishandled and criminally passed to those without clearances, and partisan hacks spearheading inquiries aiming for political outcomes. The scope of this collusion is overwhelming, the attempts are a damning indictment of political operatives that have lost all integrity, and sadly an administration, a major political party, and agents of a deep state that attempted in a wide sweeping number of ways to undo an election that they lost.

The assets moved to the second party no longer belong to the first party—and therefore they cannot be attached.

Ask yourself why this happened the same week his being investigated is leaked? If this is an “amicable” parting with a lopsided settlement...ask yourself why they would do that.

The problem here in the swamp is not corruption at the highest levels. Corruption has always been at the highest levels because those are the folks empowered to make the decisions that result in the humongous payoffs to their paymasters.

The problem in the Swamp is that the corruption pervades down to the very lowest levels with enormous sums squandered in return for little more than getting invited to the right meetings and a couple of rounds of drinks at the local bar, oh and the tacit agreement that if you are a good fellow and go along with the whole scam and don't make noise you can become are part of the whole payoff scheme post retirement.

Of course part of what is happening now is that that Ponzi scheme of future payoffs is collapsing because there is not enough money in the whole US economy to keep the whole scam going.

All of this was made possible by Hillary at the State Dept and the Clinton Foundation operating as a shadow govt.
The Clintons were setting the machinery in place, shaking down foreign govts left and right.
Their carrot on a stick to separate govt from millions of dollars was Hillary as the putative next president.

Your last post is excellent - my only disagreement is your placement of HRC as a central figure.

I think the conspirators are Obama, Jarrett, and Brennan. Their purpose was to stay in power by using a sick old drunk as a placeholder, easily manipulated by the Muslim Brotherhood agent constantly at her side, until they could put Deval Patrick or Kamala Harris in office to carry on the legacy of destruction.

She couldn’t even win a rigged election, and now she’s been discarded like a broken toy.

Obama is the dog who didn’t bark in this story. And the coup will not end until his inner sanctum in DC is raided, he and Jarrett are arrested, and his records are confiscated.
