JODHPUR: Former United States Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday picked injuries in her hand during her visit to Rajasthan's Jodhpur and had to cancel some of her programmes as a result, officials said.

As I watched it and the way her foot went out, it reminded me of something long ago. At my mother’s house (it was an old house) a lot of years ago. I was coming down a flight of stairs, wearing only stockings. Because it was an old house, the worn stairs were rounded off on the edges. You can already probably imagine this. As soon as my stockinged foot hit the worn stair - down I went. My foot slid out just like Hillary’s did. And I went down those stairs one by one, hitting my tailbone on every one of them. I was lucky.

My mom watched her fall & immediately said her flat-soled shoes were problem. Hillary then fell again, and took off her shoes.

Why did she put her foot on the obvious defect in the step? Easily avoidable. I think she has a vision/depth perception problem. Remember the prism glasses?

She had to go where the guy holding her arm was leading her. He needed the stable footing or they both would have taken a tumble. If she wouldn’t have been in the middle of the steps, the second guy wouldn’t have been able to help.
