alcohol consumption is one of many causes of peripheral neuropathy.
Mine is from arterial disease. can’t walk more than a few blocks, and uneven ground keeps me looking at my feet.

She’s prescient! She rested during most of the 2016 campaign. In fact, she should be sufficiently rested after 2016 to carry her through to her grave.
Too bad there wasn’t a armored van standing by. Her side-of-beef-tossing staff could use more practice.

Watch her left hand, she’s not holding on. He is holdeing her arm tightly. There is something wrong with her left side, same side her foot slips. She throws her sandals because she’s pissed.
My guess is some form of neural degeneration resulting in neuropathy. Sometimes the person does not know exactly where their feet are because they can’t feel them.

She very well could have strained her hand catching herself during that fall.

Watching the video, how she slips the same way twice supports your theory.

She had the wrong kind of shoes for climbing stairs. After falling twice she finally kicked off the shoes which is the smartest thing she did during the descent.
