SACRAMENTO — California will beef up protections for undocumented immigrants beginning in January under a controversial new law Gov. Jerry Brown signed Thursday to create a statewide sanctuary policy.

Brown signed the bill and 10 other immigration-related bills on the same day as a critical deadline for immigrants aided by the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, or DACA, who must file by Thursday for a final two-year extension before the program is phased out.

They did. I have a friend in Panorama city and almost nightly choppers and ICE vans round up the cretins. There’s even one building where half of the tenants were rounded up. Not all arrests go on the news.

The problem is, when right leaning states try doing anything that goes against the lefts norms, they sue and lefty judges knock out rulings down. When they do something like what CA is doing.......... crickets. Nothing. The left is allowed to do what they want.

Folks. Please keep it down. Jeff Sessions is trying to take a nap. If he weren’t, he’d have been ready for this and slapped a suit against the state within five minutes of the governor signing the bill. Jeff, please step down.

Right On!

Judge Steven Bailey (Ret.) believes that Gov. Brown has made a grave mistake. The newly-signed Sanctuary State law protects only criminals. Law-abiding Californians and our peace officers are now at greater risk because of this new law. If elected Attorney General, Judge Bailey will uphold all the laws of California and the United States including all immigration laws and criminal laws as applicable to immigrants. Judge Bailey thinks California should be a sanctuary for our families, not criminals.

So Brown finally crosses the Rubicon and declares himself King.
