According to Judge Napolitano on Faux Noose, just now, it is. He’s being investigated for “sexting with a minor,” which has a lot of jail time associated with it if he’s found guilty. Evidently, Huma must have “shared” some e-mails she received that had classified info on them with Carlos Danger. Wikileaks isn’t anywhere near any of this at least in terms of how the FBI came by the information.

Reddit is going nuts (my son sends me The Donald stuff) about a 400 pound hacker named Kim Dotcom who finally convinced Trey Dowdy and Trump that the NSA had all of Hillary’s emails and that they could be legally obtained, i.e., without hacking, through a FOIA and that this is what made the FBI try to get out in front of it before congress and Trump get them.
Unbelievable turn of events. Schadenfreude at its best if this does anything to damage Hilly .... her relationship with Huma (like a daughter ha ha), the political marriage of Huma/Wiener by Slick Willy himself (YES, he performed the ceremony), & now Mr. Pervert Sexter possibly keeps the wife of the Big Dog Pervert himself from becoming president .... oh the irony, IF it happens. BTW, the Clinton campaign evidently did NOT get a heads up from anybody before that Comey letter went out (so say reporters on the campaign plane) - you know that was a shock to ILLary & staff & probably very disconcerting, too.
