An insurance company in Florida indicted both the husband and the wife and they both went to jail. They may not have to rat out the other one. Guess we’re just discussing ratting on a spouse.
Well, I’m betting, if they’re still married, spousal privilege is going to come in here somehow. Especially if this investigation is a crock.
