I thought it might be interesting to have a thread for Freepers to post their early voting experiences, as well as any turnout reports from their location.

Good news in NOVA.

Hillary needs a big turnout there to offset Trump vote in southern and western VA.

Based on that, looks like Trump could win it.

Who cares about GOP establishment?

They have shown more passion fighting Trump than in defeating Hillary.

Not priority for Trump voters.

Voted T north Colorado yesterday. Chose paper ballot rather than electronic booth. Nothing out of the ordinary to report. The pro Trump message written on the back of my car window gets me the most scornful looks from the most beautiful young women here. As if.

You live in Boulder? Or in Denver?

Not surprised by the stares but I’d say few Ds are turning out for her.

Jefferson County and Denver suburbs will hold key to election outcome.

Was talking to some people who voted where I workout and someone told me they had a problem voting the straight repub ticket too in Travis. Hillary showed up on theirs but all the others where repub. Finally voted here in Travis county (Texas for all you other people reading this)

Tried to vote on Monday.....long lines all day at the local grocery store...had to keep leaving and coming back but finally gave up until this morning. Went early, voted individually for repub or libertarians when a repub wasn't running, which is another reason not to vote straight ticket.

Are there ANY court actions in Texas with the multiple reports of machine fixing and intentional miscounting of paper ballots?

There is even a Drudge headline to an infowars article of vote fixing.

I just voted for Trump early in Duval County, Florida.

In 2012, Romney got 14,896 more votes than Obama in Duval. That was 51.4% to 47.8%.

As of last night, the total of mailed in ballots and in-person ballots was 69,459 or 17% of all the votes that were cast in 2012. The breakdown so far on those voters: 44% R, 42.8% D, and 13.2% other. There are 11.5 days left of in-person, early voting in Duval.

Crowds are still huge in Katy, tx. It appears that the shopping center is running shuttle buses to bring people to the center. I have never seen it this crowded.

Big line Monday in southwest fort worth. Much busier than 2012 as an election supervisor stated. GOP area.

I’m in SC, my wife voted early. About a week later she got another ballot in the mail. she called the commission and was told to ignore it and that it would have been kicked out if she had mailed it. still curious...

Fayetteville NC last Thursday, first day of early voting. Last few elections at this early voting location was nearly 95% black mid-day, and very loud with positive dem chatter. This year about 60-40% Black with what I would call a Yuge white turn-out at 2:15 pm. No one was talking and it was very quiet, except for poll workers and election officials talking to voters. Looks like people that normally don't vote are coming out for Trump.

I formerly left the GOP election poll worker's and refused to work as an election observer, citing Paul Ryan. My friend who is a pastor wrote me back (he was formerly the Cumberland Co Republican Campaign chair) and told me he felt the same way. I notified the party I was looking for a replacement party or Trump Party/Independent party.

My husband and I voted today in Wilmington, NC @ 11 a.m. Not too long a line (approx. 12 or so) but all voting machines were full (around 30 with one not operable). The whole process took around 15 minutes.

Florida update:

By my calculations, today the REPs have expanded their lead in overall ballot returns v. DEMs:

Absentee Ballot - REPs lead by 46,235

In-Person Early Voting - DEMs lead by 34,510

Combined Early voting - REPs lead by 11,725

Note from Tennessee - I asked my son (age 30) what he and his friends thought about the election, and who they would vote for. I was taken aback by his reply.

He said of his group of friends, about a dozen, that NONE would vote rat or GOP. He said 8 or so were voting Libertarian, two for Stein, and a couple wouldn't vote. Most of his friends are/were Berners.
