Did Hillary Clinton have a seizure during the Hofstra University debate?
Thats what an ABC affiliate is wondering.
Clinton briefly wiggled and smiled when Lester Holt turned the focus to her.
No...that was an orgasm.
She’s a strange bird.
Yes. Just another stupid attempt by Hillary to appear cute and human. She always fails at it though. Just looks bizarre on her.
I watched the debate when they replayed it and it seemed like Parkinson’s. The twitchy wiggle with her shoulders and the slow blinking and smiling looked like heavy medication.
It was deliberate; an attempt to put down Trump, and it was straight out of Junior High and possibly a signal to a group we have no knowledge of.
Putting together that “You have to try the latte” bizarre episode and last night’s Steeplechase grinning and quasi shivering, it seems that she has practiced long and hard how to camouflage her ailment(s) by plastering on a studied grin and holding it there stiffly to avoid a relaxed face from becoming a grimace or some other scary sight, like that creepy face and head movement when the balloons appeared at the Democratic convention.
She’s not that hip so it wasn’t that.
If you have to ask if it was a seizure - it was not a seizure.
That was very weird. Weird enough to make me think the famous “seizure” a while back when she was walking and talking to reporters really might have been one. Either that, or it could have been some sort of electric shock, like she’s wearing some sort of device that shorted. Whatever it was, it was not normal, and you could tell she was waiting for it to run its course.
That's a pretty apt description. Figure that she knew all the cards that were going to be dealt, and had the dealer in her pocket, as well.
"Overconfident" would be appropriate. I've seen the same look on chess opponents when they've got a nice trap set for me, and they think I'm going to walk into it.
Even if she did have a seizure, the general public did not notice it. Trump came unprepared but too self-confident and the overall perception is that he lost the first debate. Trump is poorly coached.
It wasn’t a seizure. It was just a reaction to Trump’s blitz..kind of like...a sarcastic wiggle of the head and a rolling of eyes ...and a...”well okay then”...
There are a lot of road miles and potholes to cover on Hillary’s wrinkled hide.
That always creeped me out with shaq and the cat wiggling.
No, just the action of an arrogant, silly person who may believe that such a shenanigan may appeal to millennials, coming from an almost 70-year-old grandmother who exhibits no understanding of the disaster she and her fellow “progressives” have brought upon their generation!
I thought her demeanor after the debate was even more bizarre. She had an unusual bend-over pose shaking hands with audience members and obviously needed Bill’s hand to make it up two steps after that. She noticeably has a very big problem with stairs or steps, constantly keeping her eyes focused on the ground when trying to do either further questioning her problems with balance.
“Pause for effect...”
This is an old comedy routine staple, and it is used for other situations too.
You pause and let folks think about what just happened. It causes folks to focus and the last thing into their mind gains stature as they think about it.
In a comedy routine, it’s merely allowing folks to laugh out loud before you move on, so they can hear your next gag line. In a situation like a debate, if you think what just took place is a negative for your opponent (or you want to turn it into one), you pause and try to make cutesy little faces to belittle or disrespect your opponent.
Hillary was simply being Hillary, too cute by half.
She is just a bad actor. A real phony.
I was thinking the same. She’s gotten good at hiding the smaller episodes.
Are we sure it wasn’t a piss shiver...I’m just say’n, that’s what it looked like to me.
