The Reuters polling of the nation as of Thursday shows “high confidence” in a win by Republican candidate Donald Trump in Vermont.

Reuters did not give a margin for Trump’s victory but instead said it has “high confidence” in a GOP win. According to their polling standards, “a state is reported as ‘high confidence’ for a candidate if they win 95 percent or more of the simulated elections.”

Looks like a lot of blue collar Democrats are rejecting Hillary.

That seems to be a trend in the Northeast part of the country.

Hillary doesn’t have good news in what are supposed to be Democratic strongholds.

They’re not swing states. You’d be looking at a landslide if Trump turns New England the Atlantic states Red.

How great would this be? We could just all go to bed after the 1st state is called.

If Vermont votes for Trump then that means NH and Maine will.

She’s a terrible candidate but look at how terrible if even VT can’t stomach her.

Hillary is done regardless of whether or not Trump wins there.

If Vermont goes for Trump, I think that PIAPS only has a shot in IL, MN, DC, and CA.

“If Vermont votes for Trump then that means NH and Maine will.”

If Vermont votes for Trump, the game is over. Period.

Obama won the state by 35.6%. Doubtful Trump will take it.

I’m not painting VT red and I don’t trust Reuters. However, if he comes within 10 there he has this BIG

Poor Hillary - she can’t get liberal voters enthused about her.

Every one else is going Trump.

Heck, NM is going Trump! And Trump has jumped out to a big lead in UT!

If Vermont goes for Trump I’m going to bed early because a lot more than NH and Maine are flipping to red

This would require a whopping 20% swing. McQueeg and Willard could barely pierce 30% in VT. If Trump wins VT early on Election Night, we won’t have to wait for any other state to declare him the national winner.

The article says that “earlier in September” Hillary had a 21 pt. lead over Trump.

It’s only mid-September now!

I hope Reuters’ prediction is correct but I don’t see how, with that kind of lead, Clinton could lose VT unless the fainting incident had more of an effect than I thought.
