My recollection is that Hillary was out of DC the week before Vince died: Japan, Hawaii, California, and an "unscheduled" stop in Little Rock the night of his death.

I suppose if they truly wanted to look into this, they could have a rough idea who might have done it, by looking at logs at the Archives?

It is documented that she learned of his death on her flight back from Hawaii, probably the tail end of the trip you mentioned.
At any rate, she diverted to Little Rock and went straight to the Rose Law firm. NBC documented and reported that she made at least four phone calls to the White House that night, to Maggie Williams. Williams blocked access to the Park Police and removed a box of materials as well.
Here’s an aid to the President’s wife, dictating policy at the White House. They should have taken her into custody and breached Foster’s office.

I've long mentioned "the embeds" and the natural danger they pose for The Republic.
It's almost like a WW2 pro ally film showing the courageous men and women that were the allied spies and the risks they took for freedom and liberty .... as well as the enemies we fought against who were motivated by and for "the party"
