Kasich: Give McCain a lifetime Senate appointment
The Washington Examiner ^ | Auguat 4, 2016 | Ryan Lovelace

Donald Trump might be unwilling to support Arizona Sen. John McCain's re-election bid, but Ohio Gov. John Kasich thinks McCain deserves a lifetime appointment to the Senate.

"Honestly, I don't even think they ought to have an election. They ought to tell McCain, as long as you want to be in the Senate, you can have it," Kasich told WGN radio. "He's just the greatest guy."

If McCain were loved as you suggested he wouldn’t be having to run in a primary, much less possibly losing in it.

Maybe your own love for McCain is clouding your judgement.

Somebody send Kasich one of those little books called the Constitution to read. Oh, he’s already read it, right?

Pride. It’s totally out of control in this society.

We neither seek Gods will on anything nor do we even respect His commandments. Our society is Sodom’s, and we are ruled by the Judges Of Sodom.

17 You say, ‘I am rich; I have acquired wealth and do not need a thing.’ But you do not realize that you are wretched, pitiful, poor, blind and naked.

Having KasicK on your side is all the proof anyone needs that McCain is CORRUPT!~ Vote him OUT, Arizona!

This tune came out when McCain ran last time..you know, when he PROMISED to secure the border!

FLUSH THE JOHN!

Johnny and Teddy were Senators
On opposite sides of the aisle
They got together and drafted a bill
Guaranteed to make illegals smile
Amnesty was their game – and they had no shame

Johnny and Senator Feingold
Gave campaign finance a try
But then the highest court in the land
Said the 1st amendment must apply
Gotta play by the rules – now Johnny looks like a fool

Johnny and Mr. Obama
They both agree Gitmo should close
But bringing terrorists into the USA
Is a plan that we oppose
No, they don’t belong – and Johnny’s got it all wrong

Now Johnny and Senator Lieberman
Got together on cap and trade
Anemic hands across the aisle
Gonna send the country to its grave
It’s time to let him know – old Johnny’s gotta go

Johnny believes Global Warming
Limousine Liberals and all
Congressional junkets to Copenhagen
Everybody’s havin’ a ball
Just ask Al Gore - Johnny knows the score

S & L Man Charlie Keating
He came to Johnny one day
Said “the government boys are sniffing around
How much to make ‘em go away?”
Did Johnny take a bribe to join the Keating 5?

Now fast-forward 20 years later
Banks are in trouble again
Johnny says, “Let’s bail ‘em out
It’s just a trillion – or maybe ten.
Let’s put some wind in their sails – ‘cause they’re too big to fail.”

We know there’s oil in Alaska
Drilling won’t cause any harm
But Johnny agrees with the tree-hugging geeks
Gas is gonna cost a leg and an arm
Johnny why can’t you see what’s good for you and me?

Now everyone knows about ACORN
They get lots of taxpayers’ dough
Prostitution rings and voter fraud
And home loans to any old schmoe
No matter ACORN’s crimes – Johnny thinks they’re just fine

We’re tired of hearin’ your flip-flops
We’re tired of hearin’ your lies
You may think we’re all dummies but you can’t
Pull the wool over our eyes
You’re career’s hit a snag - so start packin’ your bags

‘Cause Johnny, you’ve worn out your welcome
It’s time to bid DC goodbye
Go write a book or learn to cook
And eat a little humble pie
Just ask Sheriff Joe – he says you gotta go

Yeah, go Johnny, go – it’s time to hit the road.
Good-bye

Senators who are “loved” by the people do not have to run in primaries, especially not close ones.

What part of that concept do you not understand?

FUJMcC.

You too, Kasich.

By the way, John, the Postal Workers Union wants you to stop saying you are the son of a mailman—you are embarrassing them.

Oh my, feeling a little entitled, are we? Amazing he can talk with his face planted that firmly against McCain’s backside. I know a number of “great guys,” but it doesn’t mean I think they should be anointed with a free ride for life, let alone get to make decisions for the rest of us.

Kasich’s statement(s) was so ridiculous, I thought it was satire at first.

I guess idiot Kasich is to stupid to realize that we fought a War with Britain in order to have a representative gov’t elected by the people instead of appointed by elites.

Kasich has officially inherited Bob Dole’s mantle of the clueless wing of the Repub Party leadership . . . and as well Jack Kemp’s putdown of Dole as the tax collector for the welfare state.

Mr. Kasich is the Republican Party’s version of Mark Fidrych . . . a one-year wonder who will be forgotten soon after he disappears from center stage.
