A Dairy Queen employee was arrested in Baton Rouge, Louisiana in December after spitting on a police officer’s hamburger.
Elijah Johnson later admitted he had several diseases.

A bond has been set for a man who is accused of spitting on a Baton Rouge Police Officer’s hamburger. Police say the incident happened just after 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Dairy Queen in the 3400 block of Sherwood Forest.
According to a police report, a Lieutenant with the Baton Rouge Police Department ordered a hamburger at the restaurant. When he received his hamburger, he noticed a clear substance on top of the bun. He then realized that the substance resembled saliva.
The officer notified the manager who reviewed camera footage of the incident.
According to police, the suspect was seen in the video grabbing the hamburger bun off of the rack and attempting to back out of view of the cameras. When the suspect believed he was out of view, he lifted the burger to his mouth for a brief moment and then returned to the hamburger making station where he placed the bun on the hamburger and wrapped it up.
Police arrested the employee, 21-year-old Elijah Johnson.
Johnson originally provided police with a false name and date of birth. When Johnson finally gave his real name and date of birth, they found that Johnson had an outstanding warrant through the Baton Rouge Constables Office.

European ancestry (mixed), definitely not the pale-skinned type, but they don’t care. He was born there, so his family is Mexican -and so they insist that I am as well. *snicker*
I have to try so hard not to laugh when they start with accusations of Betraying Your Race, and go on from there. They just hate My guts, especially when I tell them I don’t speak spanish (mexican, actually -an old girlfriend from Madrid was quite insitant in maintaining the distinction)!

It is a test of where we are before God. Do we want the love of God to reign when elements of society come in and “crucify” us? Or do we seek to slap them up on the next empty cross we can find?
It takes a serious gospel vision, not just a religious vision, to transcend that.
I guess I can’t criticize people who haven’t known more than religion, too much. If you never knew what an encounter with Christ would move you to, you can be readily forgiven for the ignorance. But if you did know, then God is going to keep a shorter leash on you.

You might not want to put them in an unsupervised position. But to just cast everybody out who has ever done something wrong, leaves you with a pretty tinselly halo.
Yes, Spanish from Spain is different from Spanish from Mexico but if you understand a Spanish speaker from either, for a real hoot, try having a conversation with someone from Cuba.

Notice the date of the incident mentioned in the article though. Has there been a new spate of this in connection with BLM? You couldn’t tell it from this.
