Barack Obama rushed to Facebook today to make a comment on the Alton Sterling and Philandro Castile shootings.
Alton Sterling, a felon, deadbeat dad who was illegally in possession of a firearm, was shot while wrestling with police in Baton Rouge.

“All Americans should be deeply troubled by the fatal shootings of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. We’ve seen such tragedies far too many times, and our hearts go out to the families and communities who’ve suffered such a painful loss.
“Although I am constrained in commenting on the particular facts of these cases, I am encouraged that the U.S. Department of Justice has opened a civil rights investigation in Baton Rouge, and I have full confidence in their professionalism and their ability to conduct a thoughtful, thorough, and fair inquiry.
“But regardless of the outcome of such investigations, what’s clear is that these fatal shootings are not isolated incidents. They are symptomatic of the broader challenges within our criminal justice system, the racial disparities that appear across the system year after year, and the resulting lack of trust that exists between law enforcement and too many of the communities they serve.
“To admit we’ve got a serious problem in no way contradicts our respect and appreciation for the vast majority of police officers who put their lives on the line to protect us every single day. It is to say that, as a nation, we can and must do better to institute the best practices that reduce the appearance or reality of racial bias in law enforcement.
“That’s why, two years ago, I set up a Task Force on 21st Century Policing that convened police officers, community leaders, and activists. Together, they came up with detailed recommendations on how to improve community policing. So even as officials continue to look into this week’s tragic shootings, we also need communities to address the underlying fissures that lead to these incidents, and to implement those ideas that can make a difference. That’s how we’ll keep our communities safe. And that’s how we can start restoring confidence that all people in this great nation are equal before the law.
“In the meantime, all Americans should recognize the anger, frustration, and grief that so many Americans are feeling — feelings that are being expressed in peaceful protests and vigils. Michelle and I share those feelings. Rather than fall into a predictable pattern of division and political posturing, let’s reflect on what we can do better. Let’s come together as a nation, and keep faith with one another, in order to ensure a future where all of our children know that their lives matter.”
I think it is safe to conclude that the cops who shot Alton Sterling and Philandro Castile were not donors to the Clinton Foundation.
Funny how he never comments after a mass weekend of killings in Chiraq.

What was Philado Castile doing?
Now when it comes to Alton Sterling, it also is disturbing but at least he was combative from the video I have seen. However, from what I have been told from my wife there is another video around that clearly shows (the video I found and watched was not that good), they had him down and could have taken him without the use of deadly force. I say this shooting is problematic as well.
Let me say that I always fall on the side of the police until proof is provided to show otherwise. In other words, I do not instinctively bash the police like some here do. All I can say is that I would not do the thankless job of being a policeman even if the pay was outstanding.
The guy in Minnesota worked for one of the school districts as a supervisor of the cafeteria. He was a legal conceal carry and told the police officer that. The cop shot him 5 times while he sat in the passengers side of the Car. His girlfriend filmed the whole thing and rather than start screaming like a banshee, she cooperated completely. So much so, that she continued to call the police “Sir” while her boyfriend is dying in her arms.
Even the governor, who has seen the footage, says it is completely over the top killing of a person who was completely cooperative.
It will be interesting to watch the outcome. That being said, don’t assume because he was black, he is a pants-sagging, ghetto thug, “wannabe rapper”. Not always the case. Sometimes, there are stupid, racist, pi$$ poor, cops.
It doesn't need to be staged. We are a country of 310 million. Every day, black, white, yellow people are involved with police in unclear circumstances. You just need to pick one, focus on it, have your media narrative already planned and focused, and get your people in front of the camera and out on the streets. Michael Brown was a perfect example. He was a thug, but it didn't matter - he was the kick-off event for that particular pre-planned political campaign.

Obama is at it again, now from Warsaw, Poland. He is urging that police forces adopt his commission recommendations for policing in the 21st century.
These are pre-planned political agitation campaigns, organized from Obama's political arm, the DOJ.
As you point out, in this huge nation, it is impressive how few such incidents there are - yet simple statistics tell us there will be such incidents occurring somewhere every day. So, just plan your political agitation street campaign, pick a suitable incident, and put your people in action.
Its a political strategy as old as time.

That would put black cops in a lot more danger.
any cop who shoots anyone for racist reasons should be prosecuted and if found guilty, executed.
but
Obama has set American race relations back 100 years. (If he were an American....he might have instead helped, but social harmony, personal liberties, and economic opportunities make for a strong Amerca...exactly the opposite of Obama’s program)
(and black people are suffering greatly, along with the rest of us, under his commie regime, economically too, as employment and business opportunities are systematically destroyed)
From what I’ve seen, the Louisiana incident was a justified shooting. From what I’ve seen, the Minnesota incident was NOT a justified shooting.

But I'm equally convinced that any problems with police have nothing to do with racial issues.
Whether it's Black men like the one from this incident in Minnesota, or White men like those involved in the recent standoff out west, wherein a patriotic citizen was killed needlessly, there are significant problems with police conduct at the local, state, and federal levels.
The bottom line is that there should be accountability, and it seems to me like all groups of concerned citizens, whatever their specific focus might be, are correct when they see a widespread problem as America morphs into a more militarized police state, with associated lack of concern for the well-being of citizens who, in all cases, are supposed to be presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Police officers are not supposed to be judge, jury, and executioner, and doing their job properly necessarily means subjecting themselves to elevated risk of their personal safety. So "shoot first and ask questions later" is not a proper attitude for American law enforcement to have. Indeed, it should be exactly the opposite, and anyone who has a problem with that notion shouldn't be associated with law enforcement in any way, shape, or form, IMHO.
Just like we have seen with the Hillary situation, it's undeniable that when people in power are conditioned to the notion that there will be no consequences (due to their "elite" status, and not being treated like one of the "little" people), an exceedingly dangerous double standard is introduced which invites Tyranny to come crashing through the door in all of its hazardous bluster. And creates a situation where the rule of law becomes essentially arbitrary and unreliable.
