From what I’ve seen, the Louisiana incident was a justified shooting. From what I’ve seen, the Minnesota incident was NOT a justified shooting. I agree. In the Philando Castile shooting, something really shook up that cop before he walked up to the car. Almost like the patrol car computer linked that license plate to someone known to be dangerous - which Castile apparently was not. Very odd.
