Barack Obama rushed to Facebook today to make a comment on the Alton Sterling and Philandro Castile shootings.
Alton Sterling, a felon, deadbeat dad who was illegally in possession of a firearm, was shot while wrestling with police in Baton Rouge.

“All Americans should be deeply troubled by the fatal shootings of Alton Sterling in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and Philando Castile in Falcon Heights, Minnesota. We’ve seen such tragedies far too many times, and our hearts go out to the families and communities who’ve suffered such a painful loss.
“Although I am constrained in commenting on the particular facts of these cases, I am encouraged that the U.S. Department of Justice has opened a civil rights investigation in Baton Rouge, and I have full confidence in their professionalism and their ability to conduct a thoughtful, thorough, and fair inquiry.
“But regardless of the outcome of such investigations, what’s clear is that these fatal shootings are not isolated incidents. They are symptomatic of the broader challenges within our criminal justice system, the racial disparities that appear across the system year after year, and the resulting lack of trust that exists between law enforcement and too many of the communities they serve.
“To admit we’ve got a serious problem in no way contradicts our respect and appreciation for the vast majority of police officers who put their lives on the line to protect us every single day. It is to say that, as a nation, we can and must do better to institute the best practices that reduce the appearance or reality of racial bias in law enforcement.
“That’s why, two years ago, I set up a Task Force on 21st Century Policing that convened police officers, community leaders, and activists. Together, they came up with detailed recommendations on how to improve community policing. So even as officials continue to look into this week’s tragic shootings, we also need communities to address the underlying fissures that lead to these incidents, and to implement those ideas that can make a difference. That’s how we’ll keep our communities safe. And that’s how we can start restoring confidence that all people in this great nation are equal before the law.
“In the meantime, all Americans should recognize the anger, frustration, and grief that so many Americans are feeling — feelings that are being expressed in peaceful protests and vigils. Michelle and I share those feelings. Rather than fall into a predictable pattern of division and political posturing, let’s reflect on what we can do better. Let’s come together as a nation, and keep faith with one another, in order to ensure a future where all of our children know that their lives matter.”
The two events were quite dissimilar. But this looks like triangulation. Siamese together two events, one of which might get conservatives angry, and try to distract America.
Obama's first #BLM movement was, after watching the fall-out, designed, among other goals, to severely limit community policing and bring it under further Federal/Leftist control, with the threat of civil rights charges, more political control and indoctrination and the carrot of more funding.
This statement from ObaMao leads me to believe there is more of same coming

The actions described are precisely what one should expect out of the Obama POS. He’s out to stir up race hatred in time for the elections. The goal is to secure votes for their candidate Hillary Clinton.
He’s out to stir the blacks into action which means voting. He’s out to stir the blacks into action which means rioting, and violence resulting in media coverage against the Republicans who will be blamed for everything NO MATTER WHO THEY RUN AGAINST HILLARY.
He’s also going to stir up the latinos to rioting, and violence in favor of Hillary.
He’s going to use race nonstop until Hillary is voted into office in November.
Ignore all the corruption that is my Administration and look at this shiny new story over here...............
This is why someone who thinks like Obama should never be trusted with any position of power. Lot’s of people are going to have to learn that the hard way.

And as far as Obama’s statement, in any sane or rational world it would be universally seen as irresponsible (to put it mildly).

There are about 80,000 law enforcement jurisdictions and about 800,000 law enforcement officers in the US. It’s actually amazing how few suspects are shot and killed each year, and even more amazing that only a tiny number seem to be cases where the cops were in the wrong.
And as the recent Larry Elder column pointed out, almost twice as many white suspects are shot and killed than black suspects.
These BLM agitators and the racist bigot in the oval office are doing great harm to law enforcement and this nation in general with their constant demonizing of cops after every questionable incident where a black suspect is shot. There will be the rare care where a cop was completely wrong, but those cases are very rare.
I was thinking the same thing. Every 911 caller should be asked what race the victim is to determine which officer to send. BLM can explain why it took so long for a cop to show up, but at least people will be assured no racism will occur.
That is exactly how I feel...the only reason they want that ground in Oregon is the uranium in the soil, that is what that killing was all about...
The Clintons and their Uranium deals with Russia...see people, it ALWAYS comes back to the CLINTONS!!!
