Early Sunday, there was a call into Santa Monica police of a suspected prowler near Olympic Boulevard and 11th Street. Patrol officers responded and encountered an individual who told officers he was waiting for a friend. That led officers to inspect the car and found several weapons a lot of ammunition as well as tannerite, an ingredient that could be used to create a pipe bomb.

The car had Indiana plates. He did make comments that he was in town for the pride event in WeHo this weekend. Source said they did not know of any connection between what happened in Orlando and the investigation has been taken over by FBI.

The parade comes hours after an attack at a gay nightclub in Orlando killed 50 people. At least 53 were injured in the deadliest shooting in American history after a gunman took hostages. The gunman has been identified as 29-year-old Omar Mateen, a U.S. law enforcement official said.

The gays' parades and festivals are organized to flaunt their deviancies, to show off the "muscle" (and other muscles) of their perceived political power, to re-inforce their victimhood, to sign them up as Democrats....and to serve as sexually-charged gatherings to pick up new and interesting homo contacts.

The cost for protecting these events runs into the thousand$ for the locals.......and now with Orlando, the tab to taxpayers across the fruited plain for the armies of law enforcement, equipment, etc. to protect these merry-makers and their colorful events will be astronomical.

Has anyone ever heard of a "straight" parade or festival with participants flaunting their "straightness"???
