Donald Trump Going After Elizabeth Warren
Twitter ^ | May 6, 2016

Elizabeth Warren has been attacking Trump lately:

[Excerpt]

The night of Donald Trump’s big Indiana Republican primary win, Sen. Elizabeth Warren, D-Mass., was ready. She tore loose with a series of late-night anti-Trump tweets in which she accused him of racism, sexism, xenophobia, narcissism and a host of other faults.

Two weeks earlier, after being asked about another Warren tweet storm in which she accused him of being "a loser," Trump fired a warning shot across Warren's bow. "Who's that, the Indian? You mean the Indian," he responded, referring to a well-known political controversy over Warren claiming Indian heritage.

The exchanges signal the start of what could be a nasty surrogate side-battle as the general election campaign begins to take shape. Warren is poised to be an aggressive Trump critic, for the Democrats and Hillary Clinton, should she lock up the nomination. And for Trump, who thrives off detecting weakness and pouncing, Warren is a target-rich environment.

Trump responds this evening:

"I hope corrupt Hillary Clinton chooses goofy Elizabeth Warren as her running mate. I will defeat them both."

"Let’s properly check goofy Elizabeth Warren’s records to see if she is Native American. I say she’s a fraud!

"Goofy Elizabeth Warren, Hillary Clinton’s flunky, has a career that is totally based on a lie. She is not Native American."

However, a cautionary note from the Fox News article:

Warren's office did not respond to requests for an interview. Adam Green of the Progressive Change Campaign Committee, a grassroots organization that raised over a million dollars in small donations for Warren's Senate campaign against Scott Brown, believes that Warren relishes baiting Trump and welcomes renewed scrutiny, should it come.

"The more Donald Trump takes the bait and attacks Elizabeth Warren and thrusts Elizabeth Warren into a national dialogue, the better for Hillary Clinton because the issues Hillary Clinton is fighting for are overwhelmingly popular with Democratic voters," he said.

>> Two old white hags <<

No, you forget that Liz is not white. She’s a redskin, a Native American to the core!

“Trump is going on the warpath.”

I had heard on the radio today that it was speculated that Elizabeth Warren was going to be Hillary’s attack dog. One big problem for her as I see it; Trump isn’t afraid of her liberal garbage.

Two old white hags certainly won’t inspire the ‘hood turnout.

You are 100% accurate here, which is why clinton will have to choose a controllable VP "of color" who won't overshadow her, but someone who will energize the urban vote (like a Corey Booker for example).

The obama 'magic' of 2008 and to a lesser extent, 2012 is not there this time around. And since the dems cannot win without the black vote, the days of the all-white dem ticket may be a remnant of the past.

The title was scary . . . I thought she might be the democrat that Ben Carson says he might pick as VP.

“Hillary not only knows cackle, but, bark, “arff, arff””

You gotta admit, Hillary’s bark was cute.

The Sanders supporters will split their votes. I mean, if your rationale was applied evenly, and the ticket was Hillary/Sanders, it would read "I think he should ignore Hillary. Lots of Sanders supporters love her and if he wants the crossover vote, targeting her will undermine that." The approach he is taking is the right one, target each one as an individual. The chips fall where they fall.

It would be wonderful if we could install Burney as the Green Party nominee. But I suspect he’d be an Arkancide victim if he did it...

And never has that trait been more on display than election last when Mittens allowed Piggy Crowley to shush him and give homobama cover.

GOP needs to seriously grow a set.

If Scott Brown had gone after Chief Sitting Marx/Fauxcohontas the way Donald Trump is, Scott Brown would still be my Senator.

I think Biden would be a much stronger candidate for the Dems than Hillary. He provides the same liberal agenda without the sleaze connections.

Well there is that small issue of plagiarizing Neil Kinnock speech while running for President in 1988. I think that Trump would deal with that quite nicely.

It’s hardly equivalent if we’re talking about running mates. Warren isn’t anybody’s running mate. If she somehow ends up as Hillary’s VP pick (she won’t - they do not like each other AT ALL), then of course he should go after her.

That’s nothing compared to Biden’s creepy on-tape sexual harassment escapades. Google “creepy joe biden” for a taste of what’s already on film. Stitch that stuff together for a commercial and run it everywhere and he’s toast.
