White House Version – President Obama has initiated an enhanced transition of power process through an executive order directed toward the assembly of a cross functional transition team from all cabinet members.
Regular Speak Version – In case Trump wins this thing we’d better have an efficient process in place for shredding the evidence, and keeping all executive leadership from prosecution.
It means there will be no “T” keys on the keyboards on January 21, 2017.
Also that a ton of incriminating evidence is going to be destroyed beforehand.
Everybody be sure to have 30 feet of stout rope on hand. It may be needed in the not too distant future.

Just read the document, he is creating Czars for every EO he has made to share the blame, IMO for every thing he has decreed. He says that it is in accordance with the original going back to 2001, except as amended, so you would have to compare the previous document to the current one, to see what is different.

I doubt that enough of the troops would obey any such orders. And since the Army can’t be used domestically, who is going to enforce it? The FBI? Ha! They are only brave when they have 100 to one odds like any police force. The Local police? Ha! They’ll stay home and they aren’t under Federal authority. The National Guard? Double ha! Same same local police. I doubt that many would be willing to shoot their neighbors. Plus they would be ridiculously out numbered.

I don’t see anything wrong in this after reading through it other than realizing that Valarie Jarrett will likely be sitting on the two transition councils it creates. She’s not named but just look at the list comprising the councils.
