Donald Trump won the Arizona Republican primary with 47% of the vote to second place Ted Cruz with 25%.
But that didnt stop the Cruz campaign and GOP elites from coming in and poaching all of the delegates at todays state convention. The Cruz camp and GOP elites call this a good ground game.
Even former Governor Jan Brewer, an outspoken Trump supporter, had her name removed from the online ballot and did not make the cut.

We need a new Freedom Party and to can the corrupt republican party. It’s now no different than the dem party. Can the delegates too. Go with a straight peoples vote.
Rush sold out. Try Joe Pags or Lars Larson instead.
Right. And the Establishment Trump funds Hillary, Schummer and Reid.
Wake up.
OR, too many conveniently don’t understand the process.
There is a process for electing delegates for each state, and they differ considerably.
The key to winning is to understand that process and ensure that “You” have a known slate of COMMITTED delegates, and that “you’ve” advertised that slate to the rest of those voting for those delegates.
It is NOT “cheating” or “fraud”.
Only a few states have “winner take all” based upon a single popular vote.
and HERE is your stupidity:

Yeah, what happens when a portion of these “supposed” bound delegates do not show up for the first ballot count at the convention? Or, if somehow all of the bound delegates are unbound through the rules committee on the first ballot- this is all they have left. Every delegate is precious- I wonder if Trump has Rubio lined up...just in case.
ted cruz is the enemy.
Never said it was. What I said was taking the nomination by this tactic is stupid, because it most definitely will not equate to a win in the general election. Believing that it will certainly borders on stupidity, and inside the border in my opinion.
It looks like someone tried to bribe him and he gave it back. It was under the paper someone gave him.
This election has been a revelation. The scummy side of the GOP infrastructure has been exposed. In my mind, for the first time. However this is happening, illegal or not, it is despicable, sleazy and demonstrates a power structure deserving of deconstruction. ASAP
That’s why we have elections.
To determine the prevailing opinion.
Agreed 100%. Rush and Levin have proven they are no longer relevant. They are tied by the umbilical to the GOP-RNC. Pags (based in San Antonio) does political song paradies. Larson is based in Portland, Oregon, and well worth a listen.
I suppose you are rabidly pro-abortion. It's legal right? You must support Obamacare, too...law of the land, right? How about asset forfeiture laws? Sound good to you?
I though conservatives like Ted and his cruzlim supporters purport to be, believed in objective morality, and that just because something was, "legal," in the eyes of man didn't necessarily make it moral, ethical or good.
This is what Cruz and his Kool-Aid drinkers don't get. Yes, his delegate poaching may be, strictly speaking, in accordance with obscure, arcane rules set up by the various state GOPs, but it is precisely this lawyerly manipulation, parsing and gamesmanship that people are sick and tired of. What is even more frightening about you people is that now, when that blowback and resistance to this BS is more readily evident than ever, you double down either out of blind arrogance or willful ignorance of it.
The other kids played with him ONCE, and never again.
Oh - and the brainiac didn't get invited to play other games in the future, either.
Sometimes you have to play fair for the sake of playing fair.
Ted's the neighborhood brainiac. :)
Just enough time for this particular pot to come to a nice rolling boil by Tuesday next. :)
Cruz has GOT to be the dumbest smart guy I've ever seen.
TED! DON'T put out the fire with the stuff in the red can!
“Are you aware of any nominees who did not appear on the ballot other than Governor Jan Brewer?”
Graham announced someone who had been left off and they were getting to correct it. I missed his name. He was a big Eric involved in planning and such. Major faux pas.
Careful with @Campaign_Trump. He’s been outed as a Cruz guy who puts out misinformation as per @mitchellvii
Trump - 10,056,690 - Delegates - 956

Rubio - 3,461,265 - Delegates - 171
Kasich - 3,672,832 - Delegates - 153

At a campaign stop in Indiana on Saturday, Heidi Cruz said her husband, Texas Sen. Ted Cruz, is an immigrant.
Ted is an immigrant. He is Hispanic. she said, according to the Washington Examiner. He can unify this party.
What? I thought he was a natural born citizen!!!
