In advertisements airing across America and Canada during and after the Super Bowl, Bud Light appears to be the "Bud Light Party", brandishing its supporters with the beer's trademark colours, which also happen to be the colours of the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic Party. Before we brush this off as a silly coincidence and a clever marketing ploy in an election year, we'll need to look at who Anheuser-Busch commissioned to star in their new, pro-Democrat ad campaign.
Not only does the ad feature shades of Democratic blue, it stars two of the most overtly Democratic comedians at the top of the Hollywood food chain. One is related to a Democratic senator, the other is an outspoken advocate for marijuana legalization.
Amy Schumer is the cousin of New York senator, Chuck Schumer, and an anti-gun advocate who made news for her campaigning and lobbying against gun rights. Her outspoken advocacy started following a mass shooting at a theatre that was playing her movie Trainwreck and continued after the San Bernardino terrorist attack. Her cousin, Chuck Schumer, has been a Democratic senator since 1998. He has spent his time in office railing against gun rights and against extended border security.

I am never drinking another Bud Light as long as I live ...
Bud Light is perfect for Democrats. It’s piss water.
Terrible beer. Aimless and unfunny commercials. Lousy campaign.
But I'll enthusiastically contribute.
I like lite beer. Don’t really care what others think.
I walked into a restaurant. I asked the waitress if she had Bud Lite, Coors Lite, or Miller Lite.
She said yes.
I said, bring me one of each.
Happy camper...
Not really beer! Horrible stuff!
Truthfully, if I am at a ballgame, there is not much of selection so I might drink a Bud Light. Keeps me from drinking too much anyway, as I usually drive myself.
30 years ago, I was involved in a labor negotiation. We were getting “close” to settlement and some one thought sending out for pizza and beer would be a good idea as we worked into the late night. All agreed.
The only problem, we (management) sent for Coors. The union guys were offended and nearly broke off negotiations over beer. They said Coors was made by non-union workers. They would drink Bud, however. A Union made beer.
It’s made with rice so it’s nota real beer anyway. Kind of like liberals.. they’re not “really” people either.
I quit drinking Bud Light over a year ago, switching to craft IPAs only. I've lost and kept off 3 pounds and feel much better, overall.
If you haven’t had it give Yuengling Lager Lite a try sometime.
Big Bud Light fan! But, have craft brewery brands tugging at me hard.
I had a ‘light’ beer last October while out for dinner with friends in Savanna, GA.
It was Amstel Light. The beer selection was bad and it was the only beer that looked good to me.
I have NEVER been a Bud fan...
Coors is union made today...
F the unions!
BTW, I was a Longshoreman, ILWU, for five years...summer job in college...
April fools!
Bud light is for fools who believe in the claims of benefits of watered down beer
Bud Light = Sex in a canoe
Amy Schumer is a comedienne? Who knew?
I thought she’s a Before shill in a Weight Watchers campaign.
