So? The GOPe says whatever it wants to say. Rubio can’t “give” his delegates to anyone. If there is a 2nd ballot at the convention then they are all released & vote how they wish.

Friends on the inside of FL politics suggest that Rubio is finished. Voters had little idea he was such a lightweight. Isn't it amazing that Trump can see the basic character flaws of his opponents? He was calling Rubio a lightweight for a while...summed him up perfectly.
