He'll be on the ballot. Case is to be decided March 16. Objector was 13 minutes late in filing the objection (5:13 pm), which means the number of signatures on the petition for ballot access is totally irrelevant. No court is going to take a NWO candidate off the ballot.

Bloomington is very likely to be just fine. It votes GOPe, but used to be conservative until 15 years ago when their big employer, State Farm, started sending consultants from around the country there. They were all more liberal, and now you have a small Tea Party having to deal with that baggage:
