Senator Ted Cruz of Texas said on Friday that Donald J. Trump bore responsibility for “creating an environment” that encourages violence at his events.
Speaking to reporters at a local Republican dinner outside Chicago, where Mr. Trump had just canceled a rally amid fierce confrontations between his supporters and protesters, Mr. Cruz began by saying that the “protesters who took violence into their own hands” were responsible for the episode.
“But in any campaign, responsibility starts at the top,” Mr. Cruz continued. “And when you have a campaign that disrespects the voters, when you have a campaign that affirmatively encourages violence, when you have a campaign that is facing allegations of physical violence against members of the press, you create an environment that only encourages this sort of nasty discourse.”
Mr. Cruz invoked the protests and violent police run-ins at the 1968 Democratic National Convention in Chicago, and predicted that future skirmishes were likely.
“When the candidate urges supporters to engage in physical violence, to punch people in the face, the predictable consequence of that is that it escalates,” Mr. Cruz said. “And today is unlikely to be the last such instance.”

Their inability to do so is the very reason they are not in the lead. Trump calls them "losers" to save us all a great deal of time, and they gasp in horror. I'm beyond tired of their weakness to payola, selling us out.

You are correct, there is an element that Trump is the only one, and EVERYONE is bad.
Very few will acknowledge that the left is the enemy. Some suggest that if you do not support Trump, you are the enemy.

It’s not just surreal, it’s idiotic....since even if Trump does win the primary, he’s going to need every...single...vote... he can get from anyone on the right (that would be us).
Thus far, the anti-Cruz hate-spew from the Trump fans has so turned me off that I’m not sure (now) that I can or will be able to vote Trump, as I previously thought I could. It’s not looking good...and their vitriol is only getting worse daily.

It’s not up to me, it’s up to Trump to answer that question and try and unit the two sides.
He has not tried do so other saying it’s because nobody has a job. Much more can and could be said, bit you should look to you candidate for that, not me.
The Eisenhower/Stevenson, Goldwater/Johnson, Nixon/Kennedy and several of Reagan’s successive campaigns were also horrible. I lived through all of them and can tell you, this one is no worse; it’s just that the stakes are much, much higher this time; our enemies are inside the gates and the nation has been terribly weakened. That’s why it’s important to vote when you can. Just pray beforehand and do your best. Don’t let the invective bother you personally. The nasty attacks are more about the attacker’s issues than the campaign issues.

That's what their shirts say, but I don't believe they really are muslims. They look like white American colllege students "identifying" with muslim "victims" of "bigotry." The reason I say this is that they do not have proper muslim beards — the guy in front appears to be shaven, plus their skin is white, and the front guy is wearing the indecent thug jeans with his red underwear hanging out. Muslim men don't tend to do that last thing if they are observant; if they are not observant, they are less likely to side with jihadist behavior.
Also, if you look at the sideways writing under the arm of the guy in front, it says "Trayvon Martin." So he is just an all-purpose tool of the left, probably.
