"The responsibility for that lies with protesters, who took violence into their own hands. But in any campaign, responsibility starts at the top. Any candidate is responsible for the culture of a campaign. And when you have a campaign that disrespects the voters, when you have a campaign that affirmatively encourages violence, when you have a campaign that is facing allegations of physical violence against members of the press, you create an environment that only encourages this sort of nasty discord," Cruz said

lol.....For heaven’s sake...get a grip and lighten up!
eFFFemm!
Did Cruz also tie Trump to Ferguson and Baltimore?
Cruz’s words sound more European than Texan. Must be the Canadian Cuban influence.
It is. The race baiters, however, who claim that a riot planned and organized by Moveon.Org is a spontaneous result of Trump incitement, are not conservative.
People like that should consider going to National Review or Right Scoop for their internet homes.
Let me tell what kind of a delusional low-life Cruz and his equally lying wife really are. I saw her for a few minutes on CSPAN today and this is what she said. “no candidate was talking about illegal immigration before Ted brought it up. No candidate was talking about Common Core and how bad it is, and he’s the only candidate speaking up for those that have been left behind”. She went on and on and on, sounding like Donald Trump. I almost passed out. I had heard Trump say Cruz has stolen all his ideas from him, and he is 100% right. Cruz is one sneaky snake.
Carolina Girl @carolinagirl63 56 mins56 minutes ago Instead of defending the first amendment, Cruz blames the victim and therefore absolves the mob of responsibility. sheesh.
In reply to Veteran4Trump Mat-N-Sher @matandsher 1 hr1 hour ago @Knightwild @CNN So liberals attack a conservative rally and Cruz blames Trump? Is there no lengths this man won't go to...disgusting
DJ Lewis @umpire43 1 hr1 hour ago Bernie Sanders group http://moveon.org has claimed responsibility for Chicago event & Cruz blames Trump,I hope Cruz support crashes.
Dark_Red_Hair @Dark_Red_Hair 2 hrs2 hours ago Dark_Red_Hair Retweeted TheLastRefuge Yep - Cruz is happty when something bad happens to Trump - and makes sure he blames it all on Trump
Dark_Red_Hair added, TheLastRefuge @TheLastRefuge2 Unreal. @tedcruz says: Trump deserves what he got and Cruz praises the thugs in Chicago (video below).

Edward B @HEYWALIO21 36 mins36 minutes ago Ted Cruz is a pathetic man,and just made a tremendous political blunder. He campaigns on the "constitution"and blames Trump for 1A silencers.
A Freespeechzone @AFreespeechzone 27 mins27 minutes ago A Freespeechzone Retweeted Infidel @tedcruz blames Trump & supports #BLM. Cruz, 'defender' of the #Constitution KILLED his Presidential chances tonight
I am sorry you may not get your chance to advance conservative principles through the sound workings of good government...hey, maybe you'll get to do a model UN or Congress, or maybe a cool internship!
We’re witnessing history, and some of them are standing there trying to apply the usual political templates and formulas to it. It just boggles the mind.
Bingo. Truth is, any American who wants liberty, on the left, center, right, needs to be on the side opposing this takedown of our freedoms. It’s spelled out for us now.
Yep!
So you’re a BLM, La Raza, Bill Ayres terrorist supporter?
Shame on you. You are no conservative.
Cruz chose to side with leftists instead of conservatives. No way can he regain his credibility with most conservatives.
I just want to see where the protestors were violent. I keep looking at videos and I don’t see them hitting anyone. They are joining hands and locking elbows and I saw a few push back when they were shoved by people in I heart Trump tshirts. I don’t like defending the scum.
Cruz, Rubio and Katsup are all the cowards we suspected they were.
Pray America wakes
How did that work out for Bobby, in '68?
To paraphrase Mal Reynolds: "Somebody tries to troll you, bramps - you try to troll 'em right back!"
I would suggest you examine what Trump and his supporters have said and the attacks they have made on a good man (Ted Cruz) before start attacking Cruz.
YOU and other Trump supporters will and do defend ANYTHING this man does. The cult-like following of Trump is rather repulsive.
America is WIDE AWAKE. Your prayer is answered.
They will join us or live out their shame.
No, here's what you say. You say, "Donald Trump paid for that microphone." You say, "Our First Amendment rights, our right to speak freely and freely assemble, are precious to Americans having been secured by blood and treasure over hundreds of years and I decry any group who uses violence to enact the heckler's veto." You defend the Constitution, you slam the anarchist left and its fascist tactics of shutting down political speech it dislikes, and you have added honor to your candidacy.
But if you do what Cruz did, you slink into deserved oblivion and ignominy.
They weren’t protesting his tone...they were protesting his message. Big difference.
Tom is right. I think they know deep down that Cruz is right. They just can’t allow any other idea in or the illusion shatters.
Cruz hid out in private fundraiser tonight in IL suburbs....he has no room to criticize Trump. If Cruz held an open fundraiser deep in the belly of the beast (Chicago), he would have had protesters too.
I hope the attempt to squash free speech will motivate people to go out and vote for Trump as a signal that we believe in free speech.
