Now he stands at the point of creating a Constitutional crisis by not only having the Republican nominee, if Cruz or Rubio, disqualified, but also letting the FBI dogs loose and have Lynch indict Hillary as well. By taking out the two nominees, he declares the crisis by which he enacts Martial Law and he doesn’t have to give up the airplane.

Well,...that should not surprise any of us. Remember, Buckwheat did publicly proclaim that Trump would not be elected to the Presidency..what an arrogant jackass.

Socialism is never funny but the Bern is a riot.....

As long as we do not have a establishment candidate, we will crush Hillary....

BTW, you posted the original claim that the demoncrats want Trump without providing data....see how that works?

The truth is that challenges to Cruz will meet precisely the same fate as challenges to Obama. And, Cruz has this fact on his side: He IS a natural born citizen of the US, despite his Canadian birthplace.

Good point..but now I’m confused. If Raphael is NBC, as you state, then why is his pedigree an issue in the first place?

Trump we be the Republican nominee and in the general he will take 47 states.

Trump won the election last night. Not the primary. The November presidential election.

The dems, even with fraud, are going to be destroyed at the ballot box.

>>> The truth is that challenges to Cruz will meet precisely the same fate as challenges to Obama. And, Cruz has this fact on his side: He IS a natural born citizen of the US, despite his Canadian birthplace.

The challenge wont be decided in court. It will be decided in the senate where it SHOULD BE, ACCORDING to the courts which dismissed several cases on those grounds.

The senate hearing in 2008 challenging McCain’s NBC status applied the common law criteria questioning the citizenship of BOTH McCain’s parents, which Cruz DOES NOT MEET!

The fact that the senate failed to challenge Obama under the same criteria despite multiple ongoing court cases is and would be considered irrelevant to the current matter before the nation. Obama got away with it... CRUZ WON’T!

Just to make sure you know... my issue isn’t with the prospect of Trump being elected — the country would be vastly better off with him in the White House that any of the current democrats.

I just believe he has a much steeper hill to climb to get there.. that’s all. If he’s the nominee, he’ll have my vote in November.

They will hand Canada around his neck and claim he isn’t a patriot

Cruz was a toddler when he left Canada. He probably doesn't even remember living there.

I’m not concerned with a primary that occurred weeks ago in which Trump again underperformed expectations.

LOL. Cruz is “underperforming” among Evangelicals and is losing them to “NY Liberal” Trump. And he is going to beat a Dem in the general? Hilarious.

I agree that the courts will not take jurisdiction.

But you are making an error of logic.

Let me provide an analogy: A Sig Sauer SIG522 is a rifle. TRUE
A rifle is a Sig Sauer SIG522. FALSE

A person born of two US Citizen parents is a natural born citizen. TRUE
A natural born citizen is born of two US citizen parents. FALSE

While I have called the second two statements about FALSE, it would be more accurate to say that they are only true in a single instance, in that the object is an example of the general, and not the other way round.

The fact that both McCain’s parents were US citizens is great, and no one should dispute that McCain is a natural born citizen. But that does not mean that Cruz is not merely because only one of his parents was a US citizen at the time of his birth. The fact is that one parent is sufficient, both according the the US code, and the understandings common at the time of the Framing, except for the patriarchal aspects, which were and are not determinative, only social mores of the time. The fact is that citizenship moves by descent, and our laws say so.

Donald Trump is the only one who actually opposes the TPP trade deal.

They would be following the Romney Rule and writing in their preferred candidate. Turn about is fair play, FRiend.

Ohhh....I see, this has turned into “I’ll show you mine if you show me yours, debate”......

First some good news.....
http://www.redstate.com/streiff/2016/01/09/new-foxnews-poll-shows-every-gop-candidate-dogs-beating-hillary/

http://www.dailystormer.com/new-poll-trump-smashing-cruz-beating-hillary/

Then the bad news.....

NBC/Wall Street Journal from 3/9/16
http://www.nbcnews.com/meet-the-press/how-trump-rubio-cruz-would-fare-against-clinton-november-n534191

No matter what, all these hypothetical polls are total BS.......There is a poll out there to fit whatever narrative you want to see....

There is one definite narrative, whoever is the leading Republican nominee will always be shown losing to Democratic rival......This is the way the MSM operates....

If Count Dracula, oops...I meant Cruz, ever becomes the leader, Every poll that comes out will show how he loses in a head to head match with Hitlery....

Trump for all his bluster and bad hair, seriously appears to be drawing in large numbers of the old Reagan democrats and independents to register as Republicans for the first time....

Unfortunately for all of Cruz’s positives, he doesn’t generate that level of excitement.....except maybe among booger eaters....and vampires...

Then the senate had no need to test the citizenship of both McCain’s parents... which they did.

You really think that if either of McCain’s parents turned out to be NOT citizens that the democrats in the senate would have given McCain a pass???

I’m not asking if they should have or shouldn’t have...

I’m asking if they WOULD HAVE.

I think you know the answer to that one.

John, you and I have arm-wrestled over this issue, but you seem to have taken a big step towards the light with the following statement:
Rubio would not be [a NBC] if the standard of the Framers' day were applied...

With that you acknowledge parentage is an element of NBC as the founders no doubt intended that term to be understood.

Further, whether you think it relevant or not, it will be the “standard of the Framers' day” that a proper court decision will use to determine the meaning of NBC as the term is used in their document.

You seem intellectually comfortable mixing the concepts of “citizen” and “NBC” in your arguments to arrive at your conclusion. How do you account for the fact the founders used the two terms in expressly different circumstances; that in the context of such exclusive usage one of the terms was clearly given a higher ranking than the other?

It is always interesting to talk with you.

Yes; I think they will believe it is in their best interests, because they can use it in the final weeks of the campaign to slam him with low-info swing voters.

“I agree that the courts will not take jurisdiction.”

The voters are the triers of the fact, and they are trying the case right now in these elections. Ted Cruz is losing a significant number of votes and voters due to his ineligibility and illicit political campaign. Nominating such an illegal candidate will result in handing a victory in the General Election to just about any candidate the DNC chooses to send forth.

“But you are making an error of logic.”

Wrong, the error in logic is yours, and you keep repeating their error in defiance of the written laws and case law.

“Let me provide an analogy: A Sig Sauer SIG522 is a rifle. TRUE
A rifle is a Sig Sauer SIG522. FALSE”

“A person born of two US Citizen parents is a natural born citizen. TRUE”

Wrong! The correct answer to that question is FALSE. No child born abroad with two U.S. Citizen parents is or ever can be a natural born citizen, except when born under the protection of diplomatic immunity. United State v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 18 S.Ct. 456, 42 L.Ed. “A person born out of the jurisdiction of the United States can only become a citizen by being naturalized....” Furthermore, in most decades of early U.S. history, a child born abroad with two U.S. Citizen parents acquired no U.S. citizenship of any form at birth, not natural born citizenship, and not automatic naturalized U.S. citizenship.

“A natural born citizen is born of two US citizen parents. FALSE”

Wrong again, because every natural born citizen of the United States is born with two U.S. Citizen parents.

“While I have called the second two statements about FALSE, it would be more accurate to say that they are only true in a single instance, in that the object is an example of the general, and not the other way round.

FALSE conclusion due to the erroneous assumptions and use of false logic.

“The fact that both McCain’s parents were US citizens is great, and no one should dispute that McCain is a natural born citizen.”

FALSE statement, due to the fact John McCain was born abroad in the jurisdiction of the foreign nation of Panama with two U.S. Citizen parents; and no child born abroad with or without U.S. Citizen parents can acquire any form of U.S. citizenship at birth by any means other than naturalization, except under diplomatic immunity; i.e. United State v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 18 S.Ct. 456, 42 L.Ed. “A person born out of the jurisdiction of the United States can only become a citizen by being naturalized....”

“But that does not mean that Cruz is not merely because only one of his parents was a US citizen at the time of his birth.”

The only means by which Ted Cruz could acquire any form of U.S. citizenship is by naturalization; United State v. Wong Kim Ark, 169 U.S. 649, 18 S.Ct. 456, 42 L.Ed. “A person born out of the jurisdiction of the United States can only become a citizen by being naturalized....”

“The fact is that one parent is sufficient, both according the the US code, and the understandings common at the time of the Framing, except for the patriarchal aspects, which were and are not determinative, only social mores of the time.”

Acquisition of U.S. citizenship by descent from the mother is only possible for Ted Cruz by the authority of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1952, which is a law conferring upon Ted Cruz a form of naturalized U.S. citizenship. At no time in U.S., British, or English history would Ted Cruz have ever been a natural born citizen.

“The fact is that citizenship moves by descent, and our laws say so.”

Wrong, because that is a half truth used to perpetrate a lie and a fraud. Citizenship conferred by the authority of artificial statutory law is determined by a number of different means; whereas natural born citizenship is conferred by the natural fact of birth within the jurisdiction of the two citizen parents’ sovereign.
