In a battle of conservative titans, Glenn Beck went on Facebook Wednesday urging Rush Limbaugh to join him in supporting Sen. Ted Cruz for president. Beck’s comments followed those by Limbaugh that “conservative media types blame me for Trump.”

“Rush, you are the King and always will be,” Beck wrote. “But with that kingdom comes power that the rest of us do not have. Some of us have been practicing what we preach. Mark Levin joined us tonight by endorsing Ted Cruz.”

“It is not too late, Rush. Join us,” Beck added.

I don't think Rush has endorsed a candidate who wasn't an incumbent since he became a known quantity. When was that...1988?

I stopped listening to Beck about 18 months ago. It took a bit after he became insufferable before I realized how much torture it was to listen to him.

While I see Glenns point, I actually appreciate that Rush has stayed neutral, and readily admits he won’t endorse any one candidate, because then he’ll have to defend their actions or their decisions and try to explain things to people that he just doesn’t want to be in that position.

Him taking the neutral position, enables him to speak his mind freely, without hurting or helping any one candidate and being labeled.

Beck's obsession has destroyed any credibility he retained after other recent escapades into fantasy. His demonization of Trump goes way beyond anything that can be rationally defended.

Ted Cruz is letting his supporters down by even listening to Beck's rants.
