Judge Cinderela Guevara, also known as Cindy Rice Guevara, is the judge who announced Justice Antonin Scalia's cause of death without seeing his body or ordering an autopsy. Who is Judge Guevara? Why did she decide an autopsy wasn't necessary? Has she done anything like this before? Guevara was a justice of the peace for 25 years before being elected as Presidio County's first female county judge. One of her past cause of death rulings for a different case also generated quite a bit of controversy

As far as I’m concerned, it’s up to the family to give authorization for an autopsy.........
She was shopping. Old, white, conservative Supreme Court Justice dies, bunch of Rats act like it is no big deal. I don’t know if he was murdered, but they sure did not seem to care about this man who just died.
Or we could go this route:
He’s fat, old and WHITE - fixed it for ya !
Nope. From a legal POV, that is not correct.
You may be right.......
But considering all the interesting circumstances...He's a Supreme Court Justice.... He has been a stalwart defender of the intended meaning of the Constitution...A Conservative....The LyingLeftistSocialistDemocrats HATED his guts.....And the events post death.....!?!?!!?
Should have been handled MUCH different....with toxicology testing, residue testing, etc..etc...
FWIW- that's my opinion.
Her fairy Godfather is undoubtedly Barack Hussein Obama.
Then if it was a family member of mine and it was my choice, I would see you in court........
As a side note, how many conflicting reports about his death have you read on the internet and which one is accurate???????
I doubt that there was a murder here but I have to admit Agatha Christie would have loved the situation. Is there a Miss Marple in West Texas?
There is a responsibility by the persons in charge to accurately determine the cause of death. Every death must be assumed to be a homicide until it is proved otherwise.
I understand that so why is the family not authorizing the autopsy? Were they in on the "murder"?
Cause of death without ever seeing the body and then does not order an autopsy for a SCOTUS judge who was found in the bed in the morning with no witnesses!!!
Yep. Law Enforcement has the last word.
So what if the family say poisoned their uncle.
If you had your way then the family would not allow an autopsy and they get away with murder and that is why we have law enforcement and judges decide, not the family.
And they certainly BLEW that one, in my opinion.
“I understand that so why is the family not authorizing the autopsy? Were they in on the “murder”?”
I do not know what information the family was given or what their state of mind was in their grief. The simple fact was that the people in charge failed in their responsibility.
“Any death should be assumed to be a homicide until it is proven differently.”
That’s ludicrous. You would only be guaranteeing that most REAL homicides would never get solved by instituting a stupid rule like that.
I sure would!
Scalia got Fuddied, Breitbarted, Kyled, etc.. Remember Extortion 17, too! Team Zero saw an opportunity and they took it.
“Judge Scalia’s death appears to be suspicious...”
Why should anyone believe you that it “appears to be suspicious”, when you aren’t an expert, you don’t have access to any special information about the case, and you obviously know a whole hell of a lot less than his own family who were present at the scene, and who don’t think it “appears to be suspicious”?
I know a black family, the Lane’s, who named their youngest son, Servis.
