Judge Cinderela Guevara, also known as Cindy Rice Guevara, is the judge who announced Justice Antonin Scalia's cause of death without seeing his body or ordering an autopsy. Who is Judge Guevara? Why did she decide an autopsy wasn't necessary? Has she done anything like this before? Guevara was a justice of the peace for 25 years before being elected as Presidio County's first female county judge. One of her past cause of death rulings for a different case also generated quite a bit of controversy

Any death should be assumed to be a homicide until it is proven differently. Judge Scalia's death appears to be suspicious and there was no physical examination whatsoever. There was no autopsy. There was no toxicology report. There was not even an investigation into his cause of death.

This violates every protocol in a death investigation.

And it appears the Judge in charge has a history of very questionable decisions.

Presumably when he was stricken, Justice Scalia pulled the pillow against himself. There was no forced entry. What about the Mr. Poindexter who invited him down, having never formerly met him? I can’t explain why this county judge didn’t even bother to come to the death scene. What was she doing instead that was so important?

Interesting, as Arte Johnson used to say on ‘’Laugh-In’’, I didn’t know this Mr. Poindexter was an Obama-bot. I don’t know what to think on this, but natural cause seems the best explanation.
