Justice Scalia Already Embalmed, Obama Gets a THIRD Supreme Court Nominee

(Watch the video at link)

Justice Scalia, we are told, died in his sleep Saturday night. He was found with a pillow over his head. By Saturday afternoon, he was being pronounced dead of a heart attack. The judge who pronounced him dead, Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara, did so over the phone without ever seeing the body, via Local ABC affiliate WFAA8:

She planned to drive to the ranch -- about 30 minutes south of Marfa -- but returned when a U.S. Marshal told her by phone: "It's not necessary for you to come, judge. If you're asking for an autopsy, that's what we need to clarify."

O...kay...

The family, reportedly, did not want an autopsy and the judge decided against it after speaking with the authorities on the scene over the phone. Meanwhile WFAA8's Jason Whitely reported that same day Scalia's body was discretely driven from Presidio County over three hours to El Paso where he was already embalmed overnight.

Was that even a full 24 hours from the time he died that they were already embalming him? Embalming, by the way, interferes with most of the toxicology studies.

Many others have called for an autopsy due to the judge's influential position coupled with the suspicious circumstances surrounding this situation, via WND:

William Gheen, president of the Americans for Legal Immigration political action committee, noted the media's "rush" to proclaim Scalia's death in a rented room in a resort in Texas as either "natural causes" or heart attack within hours of the discovery of his body.

"Anytime a head of state, member of Congress, or the most conservative member of the U.S. Supreme Court is found dead, an extensive autopsy and toxicology examination should be both immediate and mandatory," said Gheen. "The horrid reaction and comments about his death expressed by many liberals online illustrate that Scalia was hated by many people. His death hands the power of the Supreme Court to the modern left for the first time in American history. The court can now vote, even without a replacement of Scalia, to radically change the United States of America. Scalia's death means the Supreme Court is now very likely to rubber stamp Obama's unconstitutional amnesty orders, tear down Republican drawn districts in many states including North Carolina, and take deep left turns on abortion, gun rights, or anything the liberals have ever dreamed of. Scalia was a solid vote against Obama's immigration orders to be decided by April of this year. We do not contend there is a conspiracy, we contend that there should be no doubts, and the way authorities and the media are rushing conclusions will leave major doubts and legitimate concerns about a death that could lead to a radical political transformation of America to the left."

Coming up on the court's docket just happened to be all manner of Obama legacy items including Obamacare and immigration. Obama was already discussing his Constitutional duty to replace Scalia at his press conference on the justice's death. Apparently there's a window coming up when the Republican-controlled Senate's term runs out on Jan. 3rd, 2017 and Obama isn't out until Jan. 20th... meaning for 17 days he can appoint a justice and the Senate can't block his nomination.

And in other news, Supreme Court justices are appointed for life and -- in the crazy land America has now become -- a full one third of the highest court in our land is about to be comprised of Obama nominees.

This is the kind of event that lets you know the corruption behind devious inventions like Obamacare go far beyond the puppet the real owners running things have propped up in the White House.

Interesting that Scalia’s sudden “death by natural causes” happened shortly after SCOTUS placed a stay on Bamster’s illegal “Clean Energy Plan”, which will be reviewed in June by a federal circuit court. With the potential for a 4:4 SCOTUS tie on this issue without Scalia, this could mean that the circuit court decision could settle this matter...keep an eye out for this development!

Peter Johnson jr. Fox's Attorney said the GOP should take up the nomination because they shouldn't poison the well and that why the Establishment is so unpopular.

I don't see a problem with that. The senate can just consider the 0bamantion's nominee and if he/she is not a staunch, constitution-adhering conservative, reject same.

So... he was pronounced dead Saturday afternoon, and died Saturday night ?

It's normal when a person dies unattended that an autopsy be done.

Not with his health history. And the judge spoke with his physician before deciding no autopsy was needed.

That would've been Secret Service be involved before anybody else was.

Secret Service do not provide security for Supreme Court justices. I believe the U.S. Marshal Service does. And they were consulted by the judge as well.

Now, the conspiracy theories are inevitable.

True. There will be conspiracy theories regardless of how someone like Justice Scalia dies.

I'd really like to know who this U.S. Marshal is. I'd also like to know why he felt it was unnecessary for a judge or JOP to attend the scene to do their duty.

What suspicious circumstances? The man was 80 years old, obese, diabetic, a lifelong smoker with a history of health issues.

Where did you hear diabetic? We have heard he has High Blood Pressure and Heart Issues, but this is new.

I had heard he had diabetes and I had also heard he was pre-diabetic. I can't say for sure which is accurate. Regardless, Justice Scalia did have heart trouble, he did have high blood-pressure, and his health was so bad that earlier this week his physician had told him he was too weak to undergo surgery to repair a shoulder injury. Justice Scalia was not a well man. Suffering a fatal heart attack is not suspicious for someone in his medical condition.

Veteran homicide investigators in New York and Washington, DC, on Monday questioned the way local and federal authorities in Texas handled the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia.

“It’s not unreasonable to ask for an autopsy in this case, particularly knowing who he is,” retired Brooklyn homicide Detective Patricia Tufo told The Post.

“He’s not at home. There are no witnesses to his death, and there was no reported explanation for why a pillow is over his head,” Tufo said. “So I think under the circumstances it’s not unreasonable to request an autopsy. Despite the fact that he has pre-existing ailments and the fact that he’s almost 80 years old, you want to be sure that it’s not something other than natural causes.”

Bill Ritchie, a retired deputy chief and former head of criminal investigations for the DC police, said he was dumbstruck when he learned that no autopsy would be performed.

“I took a look at the report and I almost fell out of my chair,” Ritchie told The Post from his home in Maryland.

“I used to be an instructor in the homicide school. Every death investigation you are handling, you consider it a homicide until the investigation proves otherwise,” Ritchie said.

“How do you know that person wasn’t smothered? How do you know it’s not a homicide until you conduct an investigation? You have to do your job. Once you go through that process, you can conclude that this is a naturally occurring death.”

You mean other than Justice Scalia's family, who had requested an autopsy not be done? I would think that absent any evidence of wrong-doing that their wishes should take priority.

The man was 80 years old, obese, diabetic, a lifelong smoker with a history of health issues.

He was also "unbelievably energetic" and his health was "very robust," according to his close friend and co-author, Bryan Garner, who was "stunned and shocked" at his friend's death. Garner had just spent 14 hours a day with him during a nearly two-week Asian trip that ended the week before the hunting trip. Source: The National Law Journal. Please cite a source for Scalia being diabetic.

How the hell od you signed off over the phone someone is dead and then state the cause of death, only to backtrack and now say natural causes without even a frigging autopsy?

Not according to the articles out there. What will probably happen is, family members will be interviewed in a few weeks or months, and deny they ever were asked about autopsy.

"It's not unreasonable to ask for an autopsy in this case, particularly knowing who he is," retired Brooklyn homicide Detective Patricia Tufo told The Post.

Ask, but not legally require. And everything I've read said the Scalia family requested no autopsy be done. So there you have it.

’ Justice Scalia’s family, who had requested an autopsy not be done’

Ding, ding, ding.....they had ‘reportedly’ asked that an autopsy be done.......and that is a typical Democrat weasel word, injected to give any and all Democrat talking points legitimacy, whether true or not.

According to his doctor his health was so poor that he couldn't recommend Justice Scalia undergo surgery to repair his shoulder. That was this week.
