Justice Scalia Already Embalmed, Obama Gets a THIRD Supreme Court Nominee

(Watch the video at link)

Justice Scalia, we are told, died in his sleep Saturday night. He was found with a pillow over his head. By Saturday afternoon, he was being pronounced dead of a heart attack. The judge who pronounced him dead, Presidio County Judge Cinderela Guevara, did so over the phone without ever seeing the body, via Local ABC affiliate WFAA8:

She planned to drive to the ranch -- about 30 minutes south of Marfa -- but returned when a U.S. Marshal told her by phone: "It's not necessary for you to come, judge. If you're asking for an autopsy, that's what we need to clarify."

O...kay...

The family, reportedly, did not want an autopsy and the judge decided against it after speaking with the authorities on the scene over the phone. Meanwhile WFAA8's Jason Whitely reported that same day Scalia's body was discretely driven from Presidio County over three hours to El Paso where he was already embalmed overnight.

Was that even a full 24 hours from the time he died that they were already embalming him? Embalming, by the way, interferes with most of the toxicology studies.

Many others have called for an autopsy due to the judge's influential position coupled with the suspicious circumstances surrounding this situation, via WND:

William Gheen, president of the Americans for Legal Immigration political action committee, noted the media's "rush" to proclaim Scalia's death in a rented room in a resort in Texas as either "natural causes" or heart attack within hours of the discovery of his body.

"Anytime a head of state, member of Congress, or the most conservative member of the U.S. Supreme Court is found dead, an extensive autopsy and toxicology examination should be both immediate and mandatory," said Gheen. "The horrid reaction and comments about his death expressed by many liberals online illustrate that Scalia was hated by many people. His death hands the power of the Supreme Court to the modern left for the first time in American history. The court can now vote, even without a replacement of Scalia, to radically change the United States of America. Scalia's death means the Supreme Court is now very likely to rubber stamp Obama's unconstitutional amnesty orders, tear down Republican drawn districts in many states including North Carolina, and take deep left turns on abortion, gun rights, or anything the liberals have ever dreamed of. Scalia was a solid vote against Obama's immigration orders to be decided by April of this year. We do not contend there is a conspiracy, we contend that there should be no doubts, and the way authorities and the media are rushing conclusions will leave major doubts and legitimate concerns about a death that could lead to a radical political transformation of America to the left."

Coming up on the court's docket just happened to be all manner of Obama legacy items including Obamacare and immigration. Obama was already discussing his Constitutional duty to replace Scalia at his press conference on the justice's death. Apparently there's a window coming up when the Republican-controlled Senate's term runs out on Jan. 3rd, 2017 and Obama isn't out until Jan. 20th... meaning for 17 days he can appoint a justice and the Senate can't block his nomination.

And in other news, Supreme Court justices are appointed for life and -- in the crazy land America has now become -- a full one third of the highest court in our land is about to be comprised of Obama nominees.

This is the kind of event that lets you know the corruption behind devious inventions like Obamacare go far beyond the puppet the real owners running things have propped up in the White House.

If Congress let's Hussein get away with this they will prove beyond a shadow of doubt that they're complicit in this hopelessness and change!

The Left now is salivating for Clarence Thomas' death, by the way. That will give them TOTAL control. There's a ferocious enemy in your midst, and Congress has been ignoring it for too long.

I don’t expect much from the republican wusses now in congress. I expect them to cave as they always do and approve the worst choice: the America-hating White-blaming marxist who is now AG.

with the suspicious circumstances surrounding this situation

What suspicious circumstances? The man was 80 years old, obese, diabetic, a lifelong smoker with a history of health issues.

You l left out the fact that the judge talked to Scalia’s Doctor who confirmed heart disease and other chronic illnesses.

The guy looked ok,but under that he was a big fat mess. Eating a large meal with a couple of glasses of wine is a trigger for folks with congestive heart failure.

He was a smart guy. But not about taking care of himself.

Hasn't Congress already demonstrated complicity by allowing Obama to get away with a slew of unconstitutional acts while he thumbs his nose at them?

Hasn't Congress already demonstrated complicity by fully funding these unconstitutional acts?

It's unknown circumstances. It's normal when a person dies unattended that an autopsy be done. The problem here is that even though odds are it was a natural death, they prudent thing didn't happen. That would've been Secret Service be involved before anybody else was. Now, the conspiracy theories are inevitable.

"The man was 80 years old, obese, diabetic, a lifelong smoker with a history of health issues."

DD...

Where did you hear diabetic? We have heard he has High Blood Pressure and Heart Issues, but this is new.

Not an MD on this end, H.B.P. can be handled, the other 2 can compound things.

FWIW, their are Senior's in my world going through health issues as well as many of my peers and a number have also passed. An interesting discussion item has surfaced and that is, some in my circles have noted how one spouse went off and passed without their loved ones around, as if as to save them the grief of the experience as they pass. What Scalia did pretty much fits the mold, even more so that he wasn't sick and it wasn't if he passed while his wife left the room for a moment. He went living his life to the fullest, going to this ranch and having a steak, as if he almost knew. Any other discussion from the likes of world-nut-daily is folly IMHO...

This is simple

Dems want hearings on a Obama nominee and a vote on her.

That puts them in the BEST position to rile up their base voters against the GOP.

All this talk on MSNBC last night show after show that the GOP Senators will hurt themselves by ignoring the nomination is just reverse messaging.

What they really want is visibility on this, they play it up as sexism racism.... against the nominee and Obama, rally lib minorities (hard to do wo Obama on the ticket) and a few GOP Senate moderates cave anyway because they have tough races to defend.

Don’t even have hearings....let Dems set up their own phony mock hearings without GOP support.

How the Democrats involved acted- not even viewing the body, no autopsy, embalmed at 330-400am in the morning, pillow on head...

Who was reportedly fine when he went to his room.....at a vacation ranch owned by a big Obama donor.....located in a county in Texas controlled by Democrats.....pronounced dead over the telephone by a Democrat Justice of the Peace.....who then declared no autopsy will be done (even though he was found with a pillow over his face).....and the deceased was immediately embalmed, which obscures many of the toxicology results that might have been obtained from a blood sample. Yeah......I don’t see any suspicious circumstances either. /SARCASM

I think they should take up the nomination and debate it endlessly. They could easily stretch this on for months.

Obama and the rabid Dems will demagogue this endlessly, but truly, no one really cares about it.

There is ample precedent for not approving the SCOTUS nomination of a lame duck president.

I must say, I do get hung up on the word ‘reportedly’ in that commentary. Has the family spoken at all? Because the word ‘reportedly’ isn’t anywhere close to a confirmation of the information.
