what suspicious circumstances?

It's unknown circumstances. It's normal when a person dies unattended that an autopsy be done. The problem here is that even though odds are it was a natural death, they prudent thing didn't happen. That would've been Secret Service be involved before anybody else was. Now, the conspiracy theories are inevitable.

Not with his health history. And the judge spoke with his physician before deciding no autopsy was needed.

Secret Service do not provide security for Supreme Court justices. I believe the U.S. Marshal Service does. And they were consulted by the judge as well.

True. There will be conspiracy theories regardless of how someone like Justice Scalia dies.
