If Congress let's Hussein get away with this they will prove beyond a shadow of doubt that they're complicit in this hopelessness and change!

The Left now is salivating for Clarence Thomas' death, by the way. That will give them TOTAL control. There's a ferocious enemy in your midst, and Congress has been ignoring it for too long.

I don’t expect much from the republican wusses now in congress. I expect them to cave as they always do and approve the worst choice: the America-hating White-blaming marxist who is now AG.

with the suspicious circumstances surrounding this situation

What suspicious circumstances? The man was 80 years old, obese, diabetic, a lifelong smoker with a history of health issues.

You l left out the fact that the judge talked to Scalia’s Doctor who confirmed heart disease and other chronic illnesses.

The guy looked ok,but under that he was a big fat mess. Eating a large meal with a couple of glasses of wine is a trigger for folks with congestive heart failure.

He was a smart guy. But not about taking care of himself.

Hasn't Congress already demonstrated complicity by allowing Obama to get away with a slew of unconstitutional acts while he thumbs his nose at them?

Hasn't Congress already demonstrated complicity by fully funding these unconstitutional acts?

This is simple

Dems want hearings on a Obama nominee and a vote on her.

That puts them in the BEST position to rile up their base voters against the GOP.

All this talk on MSNBC last night show after show that the GOP Senators will hurt themselves by ignoring the nomination is just reverse messaging.

What they really want is visibility on this, they play it up as sexism racism.... against the nominee and Obama, rally lib minorities (hard to do wo Obama on the ticket) and a few GOP Senate moderates cave anyway because they have tough races to defend.

Don’t even have hearings....let Dems set up their own phony mock hearings without GOP support.

Interesting that Scalia’s sudden “death by natural causes” happened shortly after SCOTUS placed a stay on Bamster’s illegal “Clean Energy Plan”, which will be reviewed in June by a federal circuit court. With the potential for a 4:4 SCOTUS tie on this issue without Scalia, this could mean that the circuit court decision could settle this matter...keep an eye out for this development!

"Justice Scalia, we are told, died in his sleep Saturday night. He was found with a pillow over his head. By Saturday afternoon, he was being pronounced dead of a heart attack. "

So... he was pronounced dead Saturday afternoon, and died Saturday night ?

when a U.S. Marshal told her by phone: "It's not necessary for you to come, judge. If you're asking for an autopsy, that's what we need to clarify."

I'd really like to know who this U.S. Marshal is. I'd also like to know why he felt it was unnecessary for a judge or JOP to attend the scene to do their duty.

Bottom Line, Scalia’s death is a major loss to conservatism and now threatens the foundation of American Freedom.

Mitch McConnell needs to forcefully pronounce that he will not bring a nomination to the floor, period, end of debate.

The GOP needs to make this a referendum on so much that Scalia has done to protect our Freedoms, starting with preserving the 2nd amendment and on.

This messaging will ensure a major voter turnout, unlike we have seen in decades. People will vote to support these freedoms and the GOP candidate will win in a landslide.

At every turn the Libs will be crying, at every turn the GOP needs to say we trust the American voter more than Obama.

Yeah, that silly master assassin leaving the pillow on his face. Dock his pay!

The man was old and died. And that’s all there is to it. Period.

Well all this scare talk is a wonderful form of excitement but the fact is Mitch McConnell is not about to let BHO name a replacement for Scalia. There are many ways for the Senate to achieve this as the Senate totally controls the structure of the Supreme Court. They can just decide that the court only needs 8 justices thereby no vacancy to fill. The Senate can simply refuse to vote on a nominee put forward by BHO or they can vote it down or they can decide the court needs 11 justices and wait til the GOP candidate takes office and let him appoint 3 new conservative justices well 4 including the Scalia vacancy. Many many options.
