You mean other than Justice Scalia's family, who had requested an autopsy not be done? I would think that absent any evidence of wrong-doing that their wishes should take priority.
’ Justice Scalia’s family, who had requested an autopsy not be done’
Ding, ding, ding.....they had ‘reportedly’ asked that an autopsy be done.......and that is a typical Democrat weasel word, injected to give any and all Democrat talking points legitimacy, whether true or not.
This is part of what a person in the public eye, AND THEIR FAMILY, have to put up with. If he wanted total privacy for himself and his family, he could've had a career in private practice, or not accepted the nomination to the Court. I'm sorry, but this one particular man was so important that there needs to be NO doubt as to why/how he died...SO MUCH turns on the fact that he's gone, that he didn't survive for another 11 months and a week, that the public's interest overrides that of his family - IMHO.
I hear what you are saying.
Is it not a strange request? Why on earth would the family not want an autopsy? I know the man had health issues, but seriously if he was that close to “death”, why oh why was out on a ranch hooping and hollering?
Something feels not right...
